Prenup? The Powell’s were really trying to make sure that we have no way of accessing their wealth. Is it possible that they had any idea the reason why my father wanted me to marry that woman?

I watched her hurriedly walk out of the restaurant and I picked up my pace so that I can catch up with her but she walks faster than me.

Before she hails for a taxi, I stand there looking at her trying to stop her second taxi and I walk to her before she continues grabbing her hand bringing it down. She seems to be in a hurry.

I start dragging her towards my car and I hear her mutter something under her breath. It’s like she is cussing but I don’t pay much attention because I just need to get out of here as fast as I can.

I open the door to my car and push her inside. She doesn’t protest which is a good thing for me. I close the door and go round to my seat so that I can leave.
