Chapter Seven

The next morning Sara went to the kitchen where she met the butler. He wasn't friendly as his characteristics portrayed him to be. Sara felt the world would come to an end as he taught her how to act in the presence of people.

What made Sara more taken aback that is the fact that if any man want to have sexual pleasure with a maidservant, they were in no position to disagree.

Sara made mental note of all he said and was taken to the slave quarters. She was introduced to other maidservants.

Aldophus had gone to Sara's room and couldn't find her, he asked the guards that were stationed there and discovered she went to the kitchen.

On his way to the kitchen, he was taken aback when he saw Sara sneaking into her room. She had no idea he had been there before her. He returned to her room and got inside without her knowing.

Sara was packing the few things she brought when Aldophus' voice made her jolt in shock.
