Author's POV

After having a conversation, Mark and Ella are ready to go back.

"I hope you remember your promise. Don't break my trust this time." Without looking in his direction, Ella said with a cold tone.

Mark felt hesitant for a moment but finally nodded, "I'll never do that again, Ella."

His words were just a void statement for her, but all she could care for now was to go to the airport and stop her daughter.

"Alright, then I'm leaving." Saying that, Ella walked in the car direction and opened the back seat door, but as soon as she pulled the door, she heard Roy's loud voice stop her next moment, "Ella!"

With shocking expression, she turned instantly to see the resource of voice and when her eyes stopped on Roy, who was standing in front of her a few meters far. She could not help but feel it was a dream, "Roy?"

Her eyes turned wet.

On the other side, Roy's lips curled up to see her, and soon he strides towards her.
