Emma's POV
"Lord don't let him die on me" I cried as Cain lay down in front of me covered with his own blood.
Julia after realising that the bullet missed me and hit Cain she dropped the weapon and the cops leaped on her like a dirty criminal as she cried.
"Cain! I didn't mean to. I love you" she cried as the cops carried her away.
The tears that clouded my eyes didn't make me see, I felt faint seeing Cain's abdomen spew blood profusely. I was mad at him but I loved him so much that seeing him die would also make me die. His shaky hands held mine and he tried to speak.
"I'm sorry Em... I...love you" and he passed out as the sirens of the ambulance kindled my hope that Cain would live. He wouldn't die because I was still here. If he died so would I.
