Four years later
Emma's POV
I wiped the drool off my face as I tried reaching for the phone buzzing against the counter. Stupid phone won't stop ringing this early in the morning! It was the weekend and I had no intentions of going to work or any plans for that matter.
I picked it up.
"What took you so long?" Her pitchy voice complained from the end of the line.
"Crystal just say what you want to say and lemme sleep." I huffed.
Crystal was my best friend since we moved here four years ago. Now that she was on her honeymoon I thought that I would take a rest from her. She was a real pain in the neck.
