Bill looked frantic with dark circles under his eyes. It was clear he had barely slept last night.

When I didn't answer the door for a long time, his expression grew increasingly irritated.

"Stan, open up! This isn't what you think!"

I ignored him, went back to the dining table, and finished the breakfast my wife had left for me. While eating, I habitually tapped on X and began scrolling through the list of trending topics.

Nearly a full day had passed since I resigned, and the used-car sales competition was over.

During the event, countless calls from Nutty Auto's customer service team were either hung up on or reported as spam. In contrast, Melon Wheels, with its established client base, sold a solid number of vehicles.
