"They're here," I said, pushing Luciano away from me. "I told you to stop kissing me half an hour ago!" I scolded him. "Now, it's going to be obvious that we've made out with each other just now."

He chuckled and wiped his lips, trying to calm them down before Lucille and Grandpa Ferri came through the door.

"Well, you didn't push me away, so...," he cockily said.

I rolled my eyes and turned away from him. Well, it's true that he's so damn tempting that I just couldn't pull away, but still! It's his fault for wanting to kiss me.

"Shut up. They're here," I told him, standing up from the couch to open the front door for them.

I opened the door and was greeted by Lucille with her backpack on and Grandpa Ferri with a huge fruit basket in hand.

I gestured for Luciano to take the basket from Grandpa Ferri, and he obediently did so. He placed it on top of the living room table while Grandpa Ferri busily placed down his belongings in his room.

"How was your trip?" I kneeled
