Everything was still how I had left it. I sat on the ground and looked around me. I remembered I had kept some money under the floorboards. I checked and found the wad of cash there. Instead of sulking, I decided I would go out job hunting again. What I had hidden away could only last me three months in that place. I needed money to survive and take fighting classes.
