Loiretta felt her bones aching and every vein in her almost popping out. The pain was excruciating and she almost slipped down with a cry but a strong arm wrapped around her, holding her back from falling to the floor.

"Loiret!" She heard both men gasp her name. Zayne's voice sounded just as urgent as that of Alpha Daniel. Maybe even slightly more urgent.
