Please Don't Kill Him

The next day

Loiret opened her eyes sleepily with a tired yawn. The first thing she noted was they she was sleeping in a soft, comfy bed that just could not be hers.

Her eyes widened as she recalled what had happened the previous night. In panic, she got up on her feet and looked around.

She was in Alpha Daniel's room but she recalled that the man whom she had kissed the previous night wasn't Alpha Daniel. She had kissed a total stranger and....

Her gaze shifted to the bed and she gasped. She could not recall if she had actually had sex with the stranger. She had no recollections of what happened after he had pushed her onto the bed and made her cum the first thing.

Loiret wondered if she had passed out after that moment or if she had just been too lost in what happened that she could no longer recall it.

"Oh heavens, what have you done, Loiret?" She questioned herself, reaching for a blue dress that had been kept on the left side of the bed.

Without thinking twice, Loiret slipped into the dress. She thought about how mad Alpha Daniel would be to find out that she had done such a thing on his own bed.

After dressing up, Loiret moved to the wall and hit her head lightly against it until her head began aching.

Her first time had been with a stranger and she could not even recall what it had felt like.

This was that moon goddess way of showing her how insignificant she was, right?

Loiret was sure it was. The moon goddess just had her way of particularly hating a few people and she was one of those few people.

Loiret thought back to the girls who had spiked her drink and she pulled her hair back. Everyone in the Pack despised her, her family despised her too.

Only Alpha Daniel was different. She could not let him find out that she had had sex with a stranger on his bed.

Springing into action and pushing her emotions aside, Loiret rushed towards the bed and pulled the sheets off to change them.

She felt a little pain around the edge of her mouth and she wondered what the reason behind that was but she ignored the small pain and she had just finished laying the bed when she heard a loud commotion.

With her brows arching in wonder, Loiret stepped out of the room to see what the cause of the commotion was. Everything had been strange since the past night.

It was strange that Alpha Daniel had not come to his room all night and that a stranger had been in his room instead.

She walked down the stairs and saw a few maids running towards the Alpha's hall where the throne of the Alpha was. Worried and confused, Loiret followed after the others and on getting to the hall, she found that there was a lot of other people there and she could not even see what exactly was going on.

"Who is he?"

"Why is someone else seated on the Alpha's throne?"

"He looks deadly dangerous."

"This is very wrong. Where is the Alpha?"

Perplexed by the words she was hearing, Loiret found her way between the others and she was beyond shocked to see who was seated on the Alpha's throne.

It was him... The stranger from the previous night!

Gorgeous and powerful looking just like the previous night.... No, even more that the previous night. He had his gaze down to the floor, making his dark hair fall across his forehead even more.

But suddenly he snapped his head up and looked at Loiret. Directly at her. Loiret felt her heart skip a beat as his eyes met hers. She quickly looked away from him.

"Elder Tristan and the guards are here!" She heard someone call and everyone made way for the Elder and the guards that followed after him.

"Who the hell are you?! Why are you seated on the Alpha's throne?! Where is our Alpha?!" Elder Tristan yelled.

"Tristan." Zayne's head snapped towards the man as his muscled body leaned back into the throne.

"You really do not recognise me too?"

"W-who are you?!"

"Men! Get him!" Elder Tristan added without waiting for a response to his question.

"Wait a minute!" He called the men to a halt though three of the seven men behind him had shifted into their wolves.

"Is this Zayne, the devil's son?" Elder Tristan asked, picking his words one after the other.

"Aaah." Zayne groaned, getting up on his feet.

"Took you long enough, Tristan." he went down the small flight of stairs that led down from the elevated floor where the throne was.

Zayne moved closer to Elder Tristan.

"It's the devil's son?!"

"Oh my god?! How could I not recognise him?"

"The one rumoured to have killed his trainers?"

"It's not a rumor! He really did kill a lot of people as a kid. That's why the previous Alpha banished him from the Pack. I... I heard he is very deadly."

"Why are you back, Zayne?" Elder Tristan asked Zayne and Zayne gave him a deathly look before he snapped his fingers.

"Darren, bring the bastard out." Zayne ordered and Darren pulled a tied up Alpha Daniel out from the back of throne.

Murmurings and whisperings filled the room as Darren pulled the tied up Alpha Daniel down to Zayne.

"Zayne! What are you doing?!" Elder Tristan yelled.

Zayne grabbed Daniel by the arm and pushed him to his knees and with a kick to his chest, sent Daniel sprawling to the floor. He kept a leg on Daniel's chest.

Growls filled the room with more wolves shifting.

"Stop! No one attacks for now!" Elder Tristan held them all under control, knowing for sure that Zayne had something in his mind.

"Wise decision. You would have lost a couple of wolves just now. Not like you won't lose them eventually but I would really love to start with your Alpha" Zayne grinned and reached down to grab Daniel.

He picked the man who was still weakened from the poison up and held him by the neck.

Elder Tristan was about to call the men to attack in order to stop the killing of their Alpha when louder and more powerful growls filled the air.

"Lycans!!" A scream came from the back and then the scream drowned as the man who screamed dropped down dead.

Fearful shrieks filled the air. The lycans were not only stronger but the number of lycans that had suddenly surrounded them also outnumbered them.

"You all get down on your knees." Zayne ordered and fearfully, all wolves fell on their knees, except for Elder Tristan.

Zayne groaned.

"I was supposed to let you see how I ruin this place." he growled and Elder Tristan shifted into his wolf side and pounced Zayne.

Zayne growled, his right hand lifting up. Elder Tristan fell right on his hand, making Zayne's claws bury deep inside of him. A painful growl came from the Elder as pains wrecked his wolf side.

Zayne pushed his wolf off his arm like his wolf weighed nothing at all. His claws were stained with blood and bits of the flesh of Elder Tristan were on him.

"Fuck, I got my hands dirty." He frowned, his arm returning to its human form. He returned his gaze to the wolves on their knees.

"Can I have your attention once more?" Zayne called out as the place turned chaotic with the arrival of his men.

"Kill anyone who is not looking this way" Zayne ordered and just a few seconds later, the bodies of five people was on the floor.

The others were staring at him, fear in their eyes.

Zayne held Daniel's head and he was just about to snap the head off his neck when someone screamed 'No!'

Zayne recognised the voice immediately and just a look from him was enough to tell his men not go get rid of her for interrupting him.

"Step out" he ordered and Loiret shuddered, stepping forward with wobbly steps.

"What did you say?"

"I... I said don't kill him."

"And do you think I will listen to you?" Zayne asked, his grip remaining on Daniel.

"I... Just don't kill him! Please!"
