Tiffany rushed out of her rented apartment like a madwoman and went straight to Taylor’s residence.Taylor had just finished handling his grandmother’s funeral arrangements. He was sitting at home smoking a cigarette. When he saw Tiffany burst in, his face instantly darkened.“What’re you doing here? Who let you in?”“You lied to me!“You already had a wife and a kid! You tricked me into having a baby just so you could scam Harry out of his money! You’re a monster!”With his secret exposed, Taylor dropped the act.“So? If you weren’t so stupid, you wouldn’t have fallen for it.“You really think Harry ever loved you? He just saw you as a toy.“Now that he has dumped you, you’ve got nothing! And you want to come crawling to me? Are you even worth it?”“I’ll kill you!”Tiffany snapped at his words and pulled a pair of scissors from her bag.Taylor did not expect her to actually attack. He tried to dodge instinctively, but it was too late. She gripped the scissors and stabbed

He could only curl up on the ground like a stray dog.Worse news was still to come. That same afternoon, Taylor’s grandmother saw the news online. In a fit of rage, her blood pressure spiked, and she immediately lost consciousness. She was taken to the hospital but died despite emergency treatment. The Yarwood family’s days became even harder to bear.Whenever Tiffany’s parents stepped outside, their neighbors pointed at them and said, “Look, that’s the family that tried to scam their son-in-law!”“What a trashy family! They raised a daughter like that, and they’re helping some outsider mistreat their own son-in-law!”The two of them could only lower their heads and hurry back home. They shut the door and dared not go out again.Toby fared no better. He had been working at a company that the Fulla

No matter how viciously Tiffany cursed, I did not spare her a glance. I picked up my pen again and continued processing the documents.I could not even be bothered to dwell on her threats. After everything I had been through, I was no longer someone she could manipulate so easily. Not long after being driven out, Tiffany set her plan into motion.A news story dropped and quickly went viral across all of Stratton’s news outlets.[Stratton’s richest man, Harry Fullard, abandons his pregnant wife. The expecting mother was thrown out of her home!]A video showed Tiffany crying in front of the camera. In the video, she wore a maternity dress. Her hair was disheveled, and her eyes were red and swollen. One hand supported her belly while the other wiped away her tears. Her pitiful appearance made it seem as though she had suffered unimaginable injustice.“Harry and I’ve been married for fifteen years! We always had a great relationship. We agreed to be child-free, but then I got pre

Over the years, the Yarwood family had gone from an ordinary family to new money in Stratton. They owed all of it to the Fullard family’s support. The villa they lived in was a gift I had given Tiffany when we got married. The cars were a gift from my father. Even the retirement trust for Tiffany’s parents was something I had specially arranged.Instead of feeling satisfied and grateful, they kept pushing for more. It was time to take all of it back. The executives carried out the orders swiftly. The next morning, the Yarwood family fell into complete chaos.Staff from the property management came to the door. They demanded that the family vacate the villa immediately and stated that the house had been reclaimed by the Fullard family.Representatives from the finance department also arrived. They came to take away Tiffany and Toby’s cars.Tiffany’s parents tried to argue, but the property deeds and vehicle registrations they pulled out all had my name on them. They had no way to

Against absolute power, Taylor’s pleas were useless. The bodyguard took out a hot iron rod, then pressed his head down until the back of his skull touched the floor. The bodyguard did not press too deeply, but the pressure was enough to leave a permanent scar. The scar formed two clear words: Stud Dog.Taylor no longer had any of his earlier arrogance. He lay on the floor and whimpered like a dog. After dealing with Taylor, I turned to look at Toby, who was cowering in the corner. The ferocity he had shown as he smashed the vase at my head was gone. His face was pale. His legs trembled, and his eyes darted around, afraid to meet mine.A stream of yellow liquid ran down his pant leg, spreading into a puddle on the floor.“What were you trying to do just now?” I asked in a calm voice. But it only made Toby tremble even more.“Didn’t you say you’ll drag me down to the basement and torture me? Didn’t you say no one would give a damn if I died?”His lips quivered so much that he c

A group of bodyguards were the first to rush into the living room. They moved swiftly and surrounded the Yarwood family and Taylor.Toby tried to resist, but he was subdued within seconds. His hands were pinned behind his back. The pain made him grimace. My father, Wallace Fullard, walked in last. He did not look at anyone from the Yarwood family. Instead, he walked directly to my side and helped me up.When he noticed the blood on the back of my head, he frowned. He then raised his hand to straighten my shirt collar.“What happened in the past ends now.“Go, do what needs to be done.”I nodded. The back of my head was still throbbing, but the weight I had carried for so long had finally lifted.I took out the divorce papers and walked over to Tiffany. She was still leaning against Taylor. Seeing the fully armed bodyguards around her, she looked panicked. Still, he gritted her teeth and glared at me.“Harry, what is your dad doing? He can’t just barge into someone’s house like
