The next morning…
I woke up to Christine’s sounds in the kitchen and I decided to wake up and greet her. I walked out of my room, knowing that the awkwardness was not yet over I went all the way to the kitchen where she was preparing breakfast for Sophie so that she could eat before going to her soccer practice. I walked into the kitchen and Christine was right there waiting for the water to boil, she gave me a shy look.

The following day…It has been a few hours and Christine had taken Sophie to the soccer practice. She would have been on her way back at that moment.
