“Do you understand me?” I asked Sarah.
She nodded without saying a word back, I took out a burner phone and handed it to her.
“This is a burner phone, immediately when you leave here you will go straight to the counselor’s office and you will give me a call. After planting everything I gave you in his office, you’re going to throw it away then that’s the end of me and you” I instructed her.
“It that all?” Sarah asked.
“Yeah, that’s all” I replied.
Sarah got off the sofa and gave me a very cold stare as she silently walked away and slammed the door on her way out. The following day…It has been a few hours and Christine had taken Sophie to the soccer practice. She would have been on her way back at that moment.
