Elias’s POV

It hurt.

Adrian was big….thicker than I expected….and the first few thrusts made my eyes water. I gritted my teeth and shoved at his chest.

“It hurts….slow down….”

He stopped immediately. Blue eyes searched my face. His voice came out rough. “Okay. Okay, I’ve got you.”

He pulled back a little and moved slower, shorter strokes, giving me time to adjust. The burn faded. Something else took its place. Heat. Pressure. A deep, full feeling that made my toes curl. Every time he pushed back in, pleasure sparked up my spine.

“Oh….”

Adrian’s mouth curved. “There it is.”

He kept the pace steady at first, letting me feel every inch. Then he shifted his hips and the next thrust hit something that made my whole body jolt.

“Argh….!”

“Fuck, you sound so good,” he groaned. He leaned down and kissed my neck, still moving inside me. “So tight. Taking me so well.”

I scratched down his back without meaning to. My legs wrapped around his waist. He started fucking me harder, deeper, the sound of skin against skin filling the small room. I couldn’t stay quiet.

“Angh….ah….Adrian….”

“That’s it. Say my name.” His voice was low and filthy in my ear. “You hate me so much but look at you. Spreading your legs for me. Moaning like you never want me to stop.”

I should have been angry. Instead I arched up to meet every thrust. Hearing him moan above me only made it worse. His breathing was ragged. Every time he sank deep he let out a rough sound that went straight to my cock.

“Moh….fuck….right there….”

“Yeah? You like that?” He grabbed my thigh and pushed it higher, changing the angle. The next thrust punched a loud cry out of me. “Shit, Elias. You’re gonna make me come if you keep squeezing me like that.”

I was already close. The drug, the stretch, the way he kept hitting that spot….it was too much. My cock rubbed between our stomachs with every movement. Adrian reached down and stroked me in time with his thrusts.

“Come on,” he whispered. “Come for me again. I want to feel it.”

My back arched. “Ah….Adrian….I’m….”

I came hard, spilling between us with a broken moan. The way I clenched around him dragged him over the edge too. He buried himself deep and came with a long, low groan, hips stuttering as he filled me.

For a few seconds we just stayed there, breathing hard, sweaty and tangled.

Then we heard footsteps in the hallway.

Both of us froze.

Adrian pulled out fast. We scrambled for clothes. I yanked my jeans up, not even bothering with the button. My shirt was only half on when the door handle jiggled and then pushed open.

One of the bar coworkers stood there, eyes wide.

I didn’t explain. I didn’t look at Adrian. I just pushed past the coworker and ran.

I didn’t stop until I was outside in the cold air, heart slamming against my ribs. My legs felt weak. I could still feel him inside me. I could still hear the wet sounds we made. I could still smell his cologne on my skin.

What the fuck just happened?

I had sex with Adrian Vale. My rival. The guy I hated. A man. I let him fuck me. I came while he was inside me. I scratched his back and moaned his name like I wanted it.

I pressed both hands to my face and tried to breathe. My stomach turned. Shame and leftover heat tangled together until I felt sick.

I walked home in a daze. Mom was already asleep. I showered in the dark until the water ran cold, scrubbing my skin like I could erase everything. It didn’t work.

The next day I avoided him like my life depended on it.

I and Adrian were college mates and what was worse was that we even had a lot of classes together. I hid in the corner of the class even though my usual seat was in the front to avoid Adrian.

Luckily he didn’t see me.

On the track during morning practice I stayed on the far side of the garage. Every time I saw a flash of golden hair I turned and walked the long way around the cars. When our team meetings ended I left first and fast. At university I changed my usual routes. I took the stairs instead of the elevator.

I sat in the back of lecture halls and left the second the professor dismissed us. At lunch I found empty corners of the cafeteria or skipped eating altogether.

Once I saw him walking toward the engineering building and I ducked into a random bathroom, heart pounding, waiting until the hallway went quiet again.

Adrian noticed. Of course he did. I caught him frowning across the paddock, confusion clear on his face. He called my name once near the lockers. I pretended to check my phone and kept walking.

Another time he tried to catch me after a class. I saw him waiting by the door and immediately turned around, taking a completely different exit even though it made me late for my next lecture. Every near-miss left my stomach in knots. Part of me was terrified he would force a conversation. Another part….one I didn’t want to look at….kept replaying the way he had sounded when he came inside me.

By late afternoon I finally thought I had lost him. The library was quiet. I found a corner table on the second floor and sat with my back to the room, laptop open, pretending to study. My shoulders slowly relaxed. Maybe I could just stay away until the memory faded. Maybe we could both pretend it never happened.

A shadow fell across my table.

I looked up.

Adrian Vale stood there, blue eyes locked on mine, one hand resting on the chair across from me like he had all the time in the world.

  • I Hate How Much I Want You   Finally Together: Finale

Elias' POVI arched off the bed. The stretch burned in the best way. He curled them immediately, finding that spot and rubbing while his mouth closed over one of my nipples again. He sucked and bit and worked his fingers deeper, scissoring, adding a third until I was open and wet and pushing down onto his hand for more.“Please,” I said, voice already wrecked.“Please what?”“Fuck me.”He pulled his fingers free, slicked his cock thoroughly, and lined up. The blunt head pressed against me. He pushed in slow at first, watching my face, letting me feel every thick inch until he was buried to the hilt. We both exhaled. He stayed still for a long moment, forehead against mine, breathing with me.Then he started to move. The first thrusts were deep and measured, long strokes that dragged over every sensitive place inside me. Sensual. Controlled. His mouth found mine again, softer now, almost tender, while his hips rolled in a steady rhythm. One of his hands slid between us and wrapped arou

  • I Hate How Much I Want You   The Win

Elias's POVI won the Westbrook Invitational in April, by six tenths of a second, and I spent the next ten minutes forgetting how to breathe. It happened the way the best things do, without warning. Four laps from the end, Adrian and I were nose to tail through the esses, trading the lead like a conversation we'd been having for years. His car was faster on the straights. Mine was better through the slow stuff. Every lap, I stayed glued to his gearbox and waited for the gap, the single mistake that would tell me where to strike. It never came. Adrian didn't make mistakes anymore. Something had changed in him since the winter, a steadiness that had nothing to do with throttle control. He drove like a man who had nothing left to prove and nothing left to hide.So I made my own gap.On lap thirty-one, going into the final hairpin, I braked later than I had ever braked in my life. I could feel the car trembling under me, tyres on the edge of letting go. I could see Adrian's helmet turn a

  • I Hate How Much I Want You   You’ve Made Your Choice

Adrian's POVThe apology came on Monday, in writing, on university letterhead.Elias read it standing by his kitchen window with the paper held out at arm's length, as if it might bite. 'The board of trustees wishes to express its sincere regret...' 'Mr. Kane's scholarship is hereby reinstated in full, retroactive to the date of suspension...' 'The program welcomes both drivers back with the full support of the administration.' He read it twice, then folded it carefully and set it on the counter."They spelled my name right," he said."That's the bar?""It's a start."We stood there in the gray morning light, not touching, grinning like idiots. The sponsors came back more slowly. A few never did. Greer's company issued a statement so carefully worded it said nothing at all. But three others called Coach Daniel within a week, and a small regional brewery, run by a woman whose son had once been bullied for being gay, offered to double their contribution. Mrs. Holloway read the contract

  • I Hate How Much I Want You   Good News

Elias's POVAdrian drove to his father's house at two in the morning, and I sat in the passenger seat with my phone pressed to my ear, listening to him breathe. It was Dana's idea. She'd arrived at my apartment at 1:40, still in her raincoat over pajamas, and listened to the whole plan with her mouth pressed into a thin line. 'You are not walking in there without a recording,' she'd said. 'Record everything. Keep the call open. I'll be on the line with Detective Ortiz.' She'd handed Adrian a tiny black lapel microphone, and then she'd looked at him in a way that made me think of my mother. 'Don't be brave. Be smart.'Now the Vale house loomed ahead, white columns glowing under floodlights. Adrian parked in the circular drive and turned off the engine. He looked at me."Stay in the car.""I'm not letting you go in alone.""You're not alone. You're a phone call away.""That's not the same.""Elias." He took my hand and kissed my knuckles. "If he sees you, he'll stop talking. I need him

  • I Hate How Much I Want You   I Am Dating a Man and I love him

Adrian's POVI didn't sleep that night. Neither did he, though we both pretended to.We lay side by side in his narrow bed with the lights off, the streetlight throwing a pale stripe across the ceiling, and talked in whispers until the sky turned gray. I told him what I was planning. I told him about the camera, the live stream, the three-line outline I'd scrawled on the back of a pizza flyer at 3 a.m. He listened without interrupting, his head on my shoulder, one hand flat against my chest."If you do this," he said at last, "there's no going back.""I know.""Your father will cut you off.""He's already cut me off. I just haven't admitted it.""The press will tear you apart.""They're already doing it." I turned my head and kissed his hair. "I'd rather they tear apart something true."He was quiet for a long time. Then he said, very softly, "You don't have to do this for me.""I'm not doing it for you.""Adrian.""I'm doing it for us." I let that sit. "And for the guy I used to be,

  • I Hate How Much I Want You   The Trustees Meeting

Elias's POVThe trustees met on Monday at ten, and by Sunday night I'd already been convicted by everyone I'd ever shared a garage with.It started with the group chat. Mine had forty-one members, mechanics, drivers, and engineers, and for two years it had been nothing but memes and tyre pressures. On Sunday it went quiet. By midnight, three people had left. By morning, someone had changed the name from 'Pit Crew' to a word I won't repeat. My teammate Marcus, who had once lent me his jacket in a downpour, sent a single private message. 'Don't come to the garage. People are pissed. Sorry, man.'I read it six times. Then I put on my one good gray shirt and went anyway.---The boardroom had a window over the quad and a table long enough to land a plane on. Twelve trustees sat along one side in dark suits. At the head was Arthur Hargrove, heavy and white-mustached, with the flat eyes of a man who had decided the verdict before the trial. Mrs. Holloway sat to his right, silent. And at the
