Arriving at the La Gondola, it appears that everyone is busy getting the restaurant ready for the day. Waiters are setting up the tables, and the workers in the galleys are all busy preparing all the ingredients that will be used to prepare food for any upcoming food orders for the day. It seems like no one noticed her entrance at all. Then the owner's secretary, Pipa, came down from the office, welcoming Annika and accommodating her. "Hey Annika, come and follow me. I’ll show you around and introduce you to everyone." Annika just followed Pipa is a tall woman with light brown skin, a very slender build, and very short, curly hair. She showed her the locker room, where Annika could leave her belongings and keep them, as well as the employee's comfort room, the employee's pantry room to eat lunch or dinner, and the nap room, where employees could take a nap in the afternoon because they work a split lunch and dinner shift. Afterward, Pipa showed Annika where the bar is for before and after dinner drinks, the main dining area, the cashier, and the kitchen where the food is cooked and prepared. She also introduced Annika to all the waiters and the restaurant manager, Larry, and the Captain Waiter, Syd. There were some waitresses too. She remembers the names Maryanne and Jenny, as they were so welcoming and so friendly to Annika. Pipa then led Annika to the reception area and showed her the reservation book. It’s a nice big blue book of the daily reservations of the customers. Pipa showed her the list of extension numbers for the office, HR, kitchen, waiter station, cashier, and most importantly, the extension of the two owners of La Gondola. And finally, Pipa told her that if anyone is interested in the painting, she just needs to advise Pipa, as easy as that. Pipa then gave Annika a final word, that she could start to work by arranging all the flowers in the vases and putting all the vases with fresh flowers on each table. It is past 10 in the morning; customers will be coming in an hour for lunch. Annika then finished putting all the vases on each table and then proceeded to put the reservation notes on each table based on the list of the names on the reservation book.
As the lunch guests began to arrive one by one, Annika smiled warmly to greet them. "Welcome to La Gondola! , " Please provide your name so I may make a reservation." She leads the guests to their respective tables and wishes their guests to enjoy their lunch. When all the guests are sitting and served, the main dining room becomes a little quiet. Some are doing business while waiting to be served, some are just having fun just to be out of their office. Annika just looks and observes each of her guests. She then thought about Bruce again "Where can he be at this time?" Bruce doesn’t know where Annika is working now. Annika was standing at the entrance of the main dining area just watching the guests, if anyone needed any assistance from the waiters. It’ll be nice to have Bruce as one of my guests here. She whispered to herself. Annika thought she would be on cloud 9 working if Bruce came to dine in. Bruce would see how pretty she is in business attire and heels.
Time goes by quickly, and the majority of the guests have finished their lunch, paid their bills, and are departing one by one. Annika is standing at the reception area right across from the steps where the guests walk their way out of the building. Annika has survived her first-ever shift at La Gondola. She enjoyed it so much that she forgot how time passed. She decided to change after her split shift and wander around the city and look at some items in the mall. She returned to La Gondola in the afternoon to prepare forher night shifts. She wonders how the night runs at La Gondola and what and who will be the celebrities, ex-pats, or politicians she will serve for the night. At 6 pm, Annika is already standing at the reception area, just waiting for some guests to show up at the steps.
A popular celebrity first came in with a well-known government officer, followed by a famous celebrity dermatologist, and then some ambassadors from different countries. Annika then pondered how popular this place is. She has never seen so many famous people in her life. The night goes on as usual, busy inside the dining room, where all the waiters are in action serving their guests; the kitchen, where you can hear Chef Bill’s voice in command. The bar is also busy with all the guests standing around it asking for drinks from the bartender. While Annika stood at the corner observing, looking for someone she could help and paying attention to everyone.
Larry, Annika’s manager, came up and told Annika, "Good Job!" She then smiled back at Larry and responded, "Thanks Boss." Annika loves it when her boss can see how she loves her work. For her to do the job that you love doesn’t feel like work at all.
Annika went back to the reception area to check her schedule of reservations for the next day. She always makes sure that before the night ends, she has assigned seats for the next day's reservation. She wants everything ready for the next day. She jots down notes on whom she needs to call back to confirm their bookings. She stopped then and looked outside the window, where she could see from a distance all the beautiful lights on the streets. She then remembered Bruce and thought maybe he was in Industria with his friends. She still longs to see him one day. When will that be? . No one knows when. No one can tell. She can only hope for it.
Captain Jansen's departure from Annika's stateroom brought her some solace because she finds the new captain to be unsettling. She gave what Captain Jansen had said to her earlier some attention before going back to sleep. There is something alluring about touching each other's body when sharing a bed with someone. She realized how much she suddenly missed having someone by her side; she misses Carl and how he made her feel so contented and at ease. Then she suddenly had the need to be made to feel good. She regrets how Carl turned her body into his fantasy world. Her entire body tingled at the slightest touch of his.She then tried to arouse herself by closing her eyes. She begins by being more aware of herself and seeking out the desires of her body. She makes little circles on her hot spot while lightly and firmly touching her genitalia under the sheet, focusing her attention on the wonderful sensation it provides her.In an effort to contract and relax her muscles, she curled her
Captain Jansen called Annika, "Hi Annika, would you kindly get me some drinks here in my office? "I'm too busy to go down to Lido bar." Annika prepared the captain's order right away; she didn't want him to wait.Annika entered the captain's office, thinking he would have some visitors or be in a conference and in need of some drinks, but there was only him there. This was the space where they would always be together, but now she is just a bartender bringing the new captain a drink. The room is exactly as it was when Carl departed, save for the absence of his personal possessions. The newbie is just the captain. She was requested to carry the drinks to Captain Jansen's table, and he complimented her on her prompt arrival by saying, "I think I need to have more drinks every day so I can see you, especially when I am busy."At first, Annika doesn't grasp it and is unsure of how to reply to the captain's remarks. However, Annika has seen something that makes her uneasy: every time he sp
“How are you doing this morning? Annika was a bit astonished when the new skipper, Captain Bjorn Jansen, welcomed her and even recognized her name. "Good morning, Captain Jansen. You must be Carl's buddy, Annika.Annika looked at the new captain and felt like she was seeing Captain Magnus in him. They have the same gray eyes; the new captain is taller, but when they speak English, it sounds the same to Annika. Carl told me a lot about you; we were classmates during university in Kalmar; we were friends. He told Annika about his college exploits with Carl and how choosy Carl was with ladies. Annika was just enjoying every tale the new captain was giving. The new captain comes off as nicer and more approachable than Captain Magnus. The new Captain then starts to talk about some things he knows about the Philippines, such a little bit of history and some terms in Filipino, which Annika thinks he picked up through working with so many Filipinos. She then reasoned that perhaps this captain
The ship had already anchored in Sydney at six in the morning, and most of the crew, including Captain Magnus, were signing off for their break. The sky is really gloomy, and it doesn't appear like the sun will rise any time soon.Annika awoke early, although she is unsure of her emotions for some reason. Her heart hurts, but she is powerless to stop what is taking place. All of this, she wishes, was just a dream. Why do I feel this way? "I feel so empty. She was merely sitting in her cabin, her eyes appearing to have been wet for days. "My heart is so empty," she said.Carl, who is normally on the bridge whenever they are docking at a port, has been up since previous night. He assists the other officers in steering the ship safely into the dock. Annika, on the other hand, is prohibited from leaving the ship since she is under port manning. When Carl got off the ship in Sydney, she had intended to meet him there, but that is not going to happen. When Annika had to leave the ship, Jacq
"Mom! What’s going on? "Took a while for you to answer the phone?" Annika asked her mother, Carmen. "You must be daydreaming again." She added. "Oh, I just found some article in the newspaper that reminds me of something, but anyway, how are you doing?" Carmen asked.Captain Magnus is leaving for vacation in three days, so I'm a little upset about that, Annika said. Where are you today, Carmen enquired. Annika was explaining this to her mother, "I am in Auckland, New Zealand; I intended to go out today and check on you, but as I read the list of port manning in Sydney, I won't be allowed to go out to contact you, which is why I phoned you earlier.Annika is attempting to express her thoughts to her mother by saying, "Mom, I have something to tell you; I think I am in love with Carl." She said, "Life at sea is so hard without someone to talk to at night. The sad part is he is departing soon. I am not sure how I am going to live without him." Annika is being heard by Carmen, who is awar
While on his way to Carmen’s loft, Phillip, who had previously scheduled time to talk with Carmen, found that she was gone, along with all of her possessions. He rushed to search other areas of the estate but was still unable to locate Carmen. "Miles, where is she?" Phil questioned, looking for Miles to inquire where Carmen was.Miles said, "Phil, it's best for everyone if she leaves the mansion. "Phil asks loudly, "But where is she? I need to see her!" Miles said, "Phil, I cannot let anything awful happen to Carmen; she left this morning while you were at school."Phillip goes back to Carmen's room to check if she has left him anything; he is seeking for a note or any clue as to where she could be, but Carmen has already departed and there is nothing. Phil becomes really upset since he knows his parents let her go and forced her to leave the mansion so they couldn't be together.Phillip barged into his father's office and accosted him, sounding very furious. "Papa, where is Carmen an
