Chapter 175

[ Mavis's POV ]

The way Denise was hugging Jake ignited so much pain inside my heart, and she made it worst by saying she missed Jake. I was wondering why she hugged Jake and tell him that she miss him, but then I remembered Denise only remembers half of her memories, and that memory she remembered, Jake was in it.

With a heartbreaking heart, and not minding that I was injured, I stood up from the wheelchair, and separated both of them from each other.

"What's your problem?" Denise asked, almost raising her voice at me.

"You shouldn't be hugging him, Denise" I said calmly, while glaring at Jake.

"Why can't I hug my boyfriend?" She asked, and my eyes widen why Denise called Jake her boyfriend. Does that mean she doesn't remember the pains Jake inflicted on her?
