Still, none of them paid nearly as much as Nora did.

But ever since I humiliated Alicia in public that day, she never opened her mouth again.

I followed her around with my phone recording, teasing her from every angle, but she still refused to say another word.

She got so frustrated that the corners of her eyes turned red, yet she still wouldn't say anything.

I let out a sigh. "You really don't want me to earn a single cent, huh? Good thing I've still got other clients."

With that, I picked up a call from a new client. Alicia stopped dead in her tracks.

This client was in a rush, so they were offering me an extra 20% commission.

Since Alicia showed no sign of speaking anytime soon, I turned around and headed straight for my new client. That was when I heard Alicia's voice behind me.

I whipped around. "What did you say?"

She bit her lower lip hard as she stared at me, the corners of her eyes slightly red. But no matter how I pressed, she wouldn't say another word.

Just as I was about to stop recording, she suddenly spoke. Her voice was incredibly soft, but perfectly clear. "You can't…"

I immediately sent the recording to Nora. "Send me the money."

Alicia turned to storm off. I figured I'd strike while the iron was hot and chased after her, continuing to spout nonsense.

"Babe, what did you just say? I didn't catch it. Can you say it again? Say it the same way you made me say it last night, with your hand around my neck."

Passersby were giving us horrified looks. Alicia picked up the pace.

"Babe, don't walk so fast! If you don't slow down, I won't make you cry in my arms tonight!"

She nearly tripped when she heard that. She had never ever had to endure such public humiliation before.

As she watched me continue to record and talk nonstop, she finally snapped and decided to silence me the only way she could think of—with a kiss.

This time, it was my turn to be completely defeated. I couldn't get a word out. Even after she let me go, I was still too stunned to say a word.

Still, she started to talk, even though she was stuttering a little. "D-Do you talk like this t-to them as well?"

I slowly raised the camera. "Don't tell me you're actually jealous?"

"Stop recording me!"

She pushed my phone away. "How… How much do they pay you?"

I opened my mouth, wondering if I should tell her my trade secrets. She pulled out a black card and shoved it into my hand. "I-I have money."

Alicia had gone so long without speaking that even her words came out slower than before. Even so, Nora was absolutely thrilled. She immediately transferred ten million dollars to me.

"Keep going, Felix. Get her back to arguing like she used to. I'll make it worth your while."

I was beside myself with joy, but Alicia quickly brought me back down to earth.

After handing over the black card, she never spoke again, except to tell me I was only allowed to say those things to her.

Oh, so she had basically bought exclusive rights to my dirty talk. I never did manage to earn Nora's 100 million dollars, but luckily, Alicia's black card had no spending limit.

And after Nora saw the video of her kissing me, she raised my monthly allowance from 500 thousand dollars to one million dollars.

So, in the long run, I wasn't exactly losing out.

On graduation day, I ran into Andrew again. He wandered from one job fair to the next with his resume in hand.

The privileged students who'd been sent to this elite university already had family businesses waiting for them the moment they graduated.

He was the only one who had to go around networking and hustling just to land himself a well-paying job.

He glanced at all the luxury shopping bags hanging from my hands and sneered. "Heard you've been bending over backward for that rich heiress."

Instead of responding, I just turned to leave.

"Felix!" He stopped me, his teeth practically clenched. "You really think an heiress from a family like that is actually going to treat you like a human being?

"Sure, you can call yourself her boyfriend. But let's be real—you simply got promoted from her personal companion to her sugar baby!"
