“Get out of my way!” I shouted coldly. I strode toward the operating table and pushed Zoe, who was still in a daze, aside. Zoe stumbled backward before falling onto the floor. I took over the lead surgeon position with brute force and stared intently at the patient’s open chest.“Equipment! Suture!” I started barking out fierce instructions. Lily passed me the suture needle immediately. My hands worked quickly from my muscle memory and my excellent skills. The motion was so quick that no one could follow what I was doing. There was not a movement that did not serve any purpose. Within three minutes, I managed to locate the bleeding spot and successfully stitched it back.
