EARLIER THAT day, Alesteria woke up from a very satisfying nap and was still groggy when Bella, who was busy for the past couple of days, immediately reached out to her and lifted her out of the crib.
"I'm sorry your highness, but today's schedule is packed and we can't delay it for another day." Bella said to her, apologizing for startling her.
Everything happened in a flash and all Alesteria could remember is that Bella freshened her up and placed her in the rocker, a maid beside her telling her what to do.
"You should always keep your eye on the princess and don't let anybody just touch her casually. If they do touch her, make sure they washed their hands thoroughly for the princess' safety."
