It's six in the morning, and who knows better than Carlesia, who spent the whole night staring at the clock.

She couldn't comprehend what had happened, even though it was very clear.

Four giant wolves killed an armed man.

But she didn't know what to do. She was scared. So scared. She became even more nervous when she remembered that today was her first day of school.

Elijah and Robin didn't come home last night, and she didn't hear anything about them, or even if something happened to them, her mom and Ben wouldn't bother telling her.

She felt pain because they neglected her, it wasn't fair and it definitely wouldn't be okay if she was to spend the next two years of her life here, with all this secrecy.

She got up from her bed tired and went back to the window and stared outside, looking at the bright summer sun.

But she was too busy to take care of the atmosphere.

She lay back on the bed and took a deep breath.

She wished there was at least a headline, or a murder report
