Chapter five

Noelle's pov

I stood there staring at my reflection in the mirror for the last half hour contemplating whether or not I should change and go with a formal pants and floral blouse, add other touches or just stay natural. I was wearing an all white shoulder less dress that stopped a little over midthigh it didn't look yo extra nor was it too simple it was just right. I paired it with some white classy strapup heels that I wore occasionaly when dressed formally and silver accessories. My hair was in natural curls swimmimg down my back and my make up was light and mainly natural.

I must have been admiring myself for a little longer than I expected because I didn't notice that my little angel walled into the room.

"Elle, you look beautiful like a queen," she stated looking me up and down. I admired my little girl too. She was dressed in a baby blue dress that matched well with her tone. Her dressed was paired up with a nice blue flats that she liked very much.

Her hair was in a cute messy bun that had strands falling around her face which made her look like a princess. She gave a little twirl that made the dress faded off a little before settling back on her perfectly.

"Oh honey you look beautiful too," I commented her as I took her head and lead her to the livimg room. I grabbed my silver purse and placed some needed essestial things for both Brielle and I in it . I went to the kitchen to retrieve my phone when the door bell rang. I stood there rooted in my spot shaking like hell when I heard his perfect voice complementing Brielle about how beautiful she looked.

"Where is Noelle?" He suddenly asked and Brielle answered saying I was here in the kitchen. I held my breath as I turned around knowing that I had to face  him sooner than later for this dinner to happen. I straightened my dress and calmed my breathing and heart that was beating uncontrollably and made my way to him as calmly as I could. He was breathtaking. Dressed in a three piece black suit that hugged his form and muscles wonderfully he stood there looking at me with intensity in all his glory.

" You look beautiful," he said out of the blue an there goes my heart beating and he's the reason. I cleared my throat and responded like I was unaffected but clearly I was but I was not going to look like and idiot on this date.

Its not a date you bafoon its just dinner. Your gonna sit around a table eat food talk about crap then come back home. I wouldn't exactly call that a date.

And there goes my conscience correcting me after I was mentally giving myself a high five for giving a good impression and not acting like I have never been on a date before.

But you haven't been on a date before peanut head so why would you think that.

Bitch can you like shut up!!!

Technically speaking I'm in your head so you just called your self a bitch, bitch but I accept that and my heart is still open.

I soo hate my conscience right now

I know it wasn't a fate but in my little dream world I thought it would be.

"Thank you, you don't look too bad yourself," I gushed. He then turned to Brielle telling her how she looked just like a princess and that all she needed was her crown. I grabbed a black jacket for Brielle incase she got cold and my purse then headed out with Alexander.

We walked around the parking lot before coming face to face with a beautiful white bogati, I hope I wasn't drooling because that would have been embarrassing but she was worth it how rich was he.

He, being a gentleman, opened the door for Brielle first and strapped her with the seatbelt then he went for the passenger side and opened the door for me before heading over to the drivers seat starting the car.

"Xander, where are we going?" Brielle asked from her seat enthusiastically.

"I can't tell you yet Brielle butwe'll  be there soon," he answered. Shortly after he and Brielle engaged into a deep conversation leaving me in my thoughts as to where we were actually going.

Soon we were on an unfamiliar route to god knows where. But the houses on the these street looked beautiful and screamed riches. I gawked at every single house that passed my view and I would take in it's beauty.

Alexander then turned on a lonely road that had no houses in sight but instead tress surrounded us. I began to feel terrified inside but I didn't show it on the outside as that was a sign of weakness and ever since my parents death I've been nothing but strong for both Brielle and myself. The lonely road didn't last long because a beautiful cream coloured mansion came into our view.  It was a big and beautiful sight. It stood hight upon a hill displaying itself to the world. It was amazing.

The gates automatically opened and a guard came and chatted to Alexander but I wasn't paying attention to them but to the incredible house set before me on a little hill.

"Welcome to my home," he said when he turned towards me.

"Its beautiful," I stated as I stared at the building before me. How rich is this dude!!

Infront of it stood a statue of a dolphin that squirted water into the pool below. I grabbed Brielle's hand when we exited the car and continue to examine the incredible house in awe.

We entered the enormous building just to be strucked by the riches and beauty of it my thoughts then told me exactly what I thought that Alexander was rich but exactly how rich because of all the nice houses we saw this is by far the most spectacular one.

A man dressed in a black and white suit walked up to us with greetings.

"Hello, I am William the butler of this prestigious house. You must be Noelle, it's a pleasure to meet you madam I've heard somethings about you," he said.

"Likewise, and hope you've heard the good things" I commented liking his attitude. Brielle squealed a little gaining the attention of William.

"And who might this beautiful little girl be?" William asked.

"My name is Brielle Young," she answered proudly.

"Well Miss. Young its a pleasure to meet you too,"

"Uhmm....like wise?" She said but it sounded more like a question which made William and I chuckle.

"You are a smart one aren't you dear one?"  William asked.

"You can say that, Elle thought me everything I needed to know," she started blabbering to which William smiled again.

William escorted us to the dinning table that was wonderfully set to accomidate us. The food smelled wonderful that just thinking about it made my stomach crumble with hunger but lucky for me it wasn't loud so no one heard it or that would've been embarrassing.

A placed Brielle in a chair then went and sat on Alexander right as William placed the food on the table.

"So Noelle, how have you been these past days?" Alexander asked.

"I'm doing quite well, and you?" I asked.

" I have been quite busy these past days," he answered. "Its time to relax a little I think."

I smiled then went on to ask a question that was on my mind from morning. "Alexander, why did you asked us to dinner?" I asked.

"Because Brielle, there's just something about you that intersts me," he said looking still me deeply.

"What about me intersts you?" I asked again.

"I'm not sure," he said to me. "But I like it."

" And trust me when I say that I'm not gonna stop until I find out what it is."
