Chapter 14 — Meet up

Angelina walks to her house to keep her stuff, but she stops hearing Nathan’s voice inside the house.

"Congratulations, dude, you have topped the finals.” Nathan’s phone was on speaker, and he was checking his marks.

Angelina’s jaw dropped in happiness.

Nathan sounded, “hmm.”

“Hey, you rude brat! You have topped the finals; why are you sounding so bored?” Nathan’s friend scolded him.

“Yes, I am so happy.” Nathan smiled.

“Now your dream will be fulfilled, and you can join medical school.”

“I doubt!” Angelina was about to step inside to congratulate her brother but stopped her way upon his reply.

“Why do you even doubt?” Nathan’s friend groaned.

“You can easily enter the California medical school with your marks.”

“Indeed, my marks are enough, but to enter college, I have to pay a million dollars!”
