The taxi stopped in front of the tall gates. The lady with pink hair got out of the car and paid the taxi driver after he'd removed her luggage from the car boot and gave it to her.

The taxi driver entered his taxi. He waved his hand at the beautiful young lady and said to her, “Have a nice day, young lady”. He drove off at the same minute.

With a sweet smile on her face, Gabriella dragged her luggage and went closer to the gates. She knocked on the gates, and in less than a minute, it was opened by one of the security guards.

Gabriella was about to enter the mansion but was stopped by the security guard, who then questioned her, “Who are you, lady? And what business do you have here?”. His voice was harsh, because he purposely wanted Gabriella to be intimidated by him.

“In case you're not yet aware, I'm Xavier's fianceè”. Gabriella replied with a smile, but the bright smile on her face completely faded away after the security guard laughed at her and also said something sh
