Alexander spoke in a calm yet serious tone as he pointed to the images of the new planes displayed on the projector. His business partners listened attentively—foreigners whom Nicole wouldn’t have even known were present if she hadn’t seen them earlier. There were about seven of them in the room, and just from their demeanor and speech, she could tell they were high-profile individuals.

Nicole wasn’t sure if presenting these designs was really part of Alexander’s job as CEO, but perhaps he was just being meticulous, wanting to personally ensure that the aircraft designs were properly introduced. So, she decided not to dwell on it any further.
