Kayla’s POV
I took a deep breath to control my rage after calling Zane. The nerve of that guy to cause such a huge trouble to me and tease me like we were just playing a game! I would lose a large business deal as well as the alliance of the fae if I couldn’t finish their order on time. It was definitely not a matter of child play. At least not to me. Zane had gone too far by creating this mess.
I had been looking forward to butt heads with him. But risking the wellbeing of my pack was not something I could tolerate. He was definitely going to pay for this. I would make sure of that.
