CHAPTER ELEVEN

         I run my hand through my hair in exasperation. I couldn't find her anywhere. If she hasn't boarded the plane. Where could she be? I've tried her number again and again. It's still switched off. I haven't felt empty before. 

      My phone rings. Immediately I answered, " Dad, is she home? " My chest is heaving with fury. My jaw tensed, my teeth grind in the attempt to control my anger as I wait for him to reply. 

      " I'm sending you an address. She must be there. Or they could know. Where's she? " Dad says. 

      I don't have time to ask for the details. I'll ask about it later. First, I want her close to me. 

     Disconnecting the call, I click on the text. I rush to the car out of the airport. 

     " Is she home? " Karan asks. 

     '' I don't know. Dad has sent an ad
