INAL: CHAPTER 43

JOY's POINT OF VIEW 

As soon as Kevin left my sight, I close the door and I go back to the kitchen with a sad facial expression. Although I understand him, I can't still deny the fact that I am sad. I want to tell him to stay, however, I don't want her mum to think that I am selfish. 

I sigh out. 

That's okay, Joy. There's still have tomorrow. Yes, that's right! Cheer up now. You shouldn't be sad. 

I forced myself to smile as I enter the kitchen. They both look at me in where-is-Kevin-look. 

"Where's Kevin, sweetheart?" Mum ask me while she is opening the oven and took off the stainless tray inside. Then, she puts it on the table.  I walk near to her and get the icing. 

"He came but left suddenly," I answer.
