CHAPTER NINETEEN
I felt pained denying Mma in the presence of my father but I had to do that in order to protect her. Knowing the kind of person my father is, I knew that challenging to him will only put Mma in deep trouble and I might not be available all the time to protect her. I sighed in frustration remembering the look on her face when those words came out from my mouth.
"I'm sorry Mma but I did what I had to do to protect you from the king" I murmured within myself while wondering how to get her to understand me.

MMA'S POV, The ride to the city was a very long one, I kept staring out from the car window as I was marvelled at the sight of tall buildings which stood magnificently at the side of the roads.
