" For whom you are waiting?? ",  a manly voice asked. 

Alessandro turned and when he saw his brother in front of him, he ran to him and gave a brotherly hug. 

" I  miss you, bro!!  I am happy that you are here with me on my birthday ", Alessandro said. 

" Why wouldn't I come huh!! It's my little warrior's birthday. I should have been with you on your special day "  Alex caressed his hair like he is a little boy. 

" It's the best birthday gift bro, I am so happy ", Alessandro said excitedly. 

"  Now what's the matter? Are you in love with someone?? " Alex asked in a strict tone. 

"  Alex,  I am in love with someone ", Alessandro confessed nervously. 

" Alessandro!!  What happened with you boy? Do you forget that we can't waste our life loving someone?  How did you forget that our life's only goal is to take revenge on Grayson, it should be your priority, not love? And if you want girls then tell me I can provide how much you want but never fell in love with someone. Because it will destroy you "  Alex yelled at Alessandro. 

" Bro she is so different!! I can't resist my heart from falling for her.  She is pure like a diamond and her innocence can make the devil fall on his knees. She is like an angel.  I can't stop my heart from beating for her "  Alessandro confessed his feeling. 

" It's all fake. All the girls are liars, they only want money and good fuck.  And you fell for the web of their fake innocence and beauty. But I knew what I had to do. Tomorrow you will shift to London and will handle all my business there and I don't want to hear any excuses. It's my final decision "  Alex announced and went inside the house. 

" But, I can't stop loving her. She is my life ", Alessandro mumbled with an upset tone and went inside the house.

"  Neha please don't leave my side inside ", Anjali begged and clutched the arm of Neha tightly. 

" Don't act like a scared kitten. Be confident  ", Neha scolded her. 

" Ladies, let me warn you don't accept the drink from strangers,"  Vikram said. 

" Oh come on they all are our schoolmates. You and your stereotypical thoughts. Argghhhh ", Neha cursed. 

" It's late, you are stuck with this stereotype man ", Veer sticks his nose. 

" Don't worry I have my ways  !!", Neha grinned. 

Veer frowned and warned, " Don't you dare k about leaving me!! ".

" And what will you do if I flew with another man? ", Neha cocked her eyebrows. 

Veer yanked Neha by her arm and pulled her closer to him. " I will cage you inside my room and make you scream my name the whole day and night under me ".

" Hhhhhhh!! Bro, you will raise your hand on Neha ", Anjali gasped. 

Both Veer and Neha laughed at her innocence. 

 Anjali made a confused face and asked, " It's not a joke it's a kind of abuse. Bro you can go behind the bars ".

"  Awww!!! My sister is too innocent for this cunning world. ", Veer pulled their cheeks off Anjali lovingly. 

" Appu!! Why are you so cute? "  Neha laughed. 

" This seems a joke to you,  I am damn serious "  Anjali shrieked. 

"  Leave it,  it's not you catch ", Neha taunted. 

" Now let's go or you wanted the stay out in cold for the whole night ", Veer asked. 

" Oh let's go!!  ", Neha screamed in joy.

When  Anjali, Neha, and Veer entered inside,  all the eyes were on them. 

A few girls were eye-rapping Veer while feeling jealous of Neha having such a dashingly handsome man by her side. 

 Neha pulled Veer closer to her and passed a  victorious smirk to all the jealous girls around her. 

" Don't you dare to allow any bitch near you ", Neha warned Veer while gritting her teeth. 

" I don't have a wish to die ", Veer clicked his tongue. 

" Anjali doesn't hide behind us, walk confidently ", Neha turned and scolded Anjali who was standing alone at the side. 

" I am ok with it besides you stole the limelight already  ", Anjali whispered. 

" It's just a trailer, now come to light the let them show the climax ", Neha grinned and dragged Anjali to the center, when the light fell on Anjali, all the eyes darted to her. 

All were confused when they saw a new hot chick. 

" Is she a new friend of Alessandro, I have never seen her before?? ", A tall boy asked his friends.

" But it seems like I had seen her before ", another boy tried to stress his memories. 

" Look, you became the main topic of discussion ", Neha chuckled. 

When Alessandro saw Anjali, his heartbeat skipped and he started staring at Anjali with an open mouth. 

" Ahhmmm!! Happy Birthday, Alessandro!! Many many happy returns of the day ", Neha wished him and bite her inner cheeks to stop herself from laughing. 

On the other hand, both Anjali and Alessandro blushed. 

" I wish you the best life journey ahead. May God give you everything you want ", Anjali wished him. 

" Thanks, Anjali, for coming and accepting my invitation. Thanks, Neha to bring her with you ", Alessandro thanked. 

"  I didn't do anything special, it's your big. You should focus on yourself instead of me ", Anjali replied with a blushed face. 

" Hey!!  Will you not inform your beautiful girl to us? I had to admit you are a lucky brat to have such a hot girl by your side ", Alessandro's friend asked with a smirk. 

" I am not his girlfriend, you are mistaken. We are just friends  ", Anjali replied hesitantly. 

" Yeah!! We are just friends ", Alessandro said with an upset tone. 

" That means I can have a chance.  Are you single or occupied?? ",  Tobi asked. 

" You can't... I mean she is not single ", Alessandro interjected. 

" Hey!! Don't lie. I can Guess by your face that you are being jealous ", Tobi taunted. 

"  Sorry!! Anjali  I remembered some important work. You guys enjoy the party. I will send the waiter to send you a soft drink ", Alessandro excused himself and dragged Tobi with him. 

" Hey!! Dude, I want to accompany this beautiful girl, leave me ", Tobi jerked his hand. 

"  Don't bother her. I am so sorry he is a little bit annoying ", Alessandro apologize. 

" No, don't feel sorry. I am not used to this kind of party, it would be good if he will accompany me ", Anjali replied shyly. 

" Ok but if you feel uncomfortable please feel free to call me ", Alessandro asked. 

" Yeah!! Sure ", Anjali smiled. 

" Tobi, please don't pull any of your silly stunts ", Alessandro warned. 

" Dude, I don't have any mood to make her angry with me ", Tobi grinned. 

Alessandro pulled him closer and whispered, " She is mine, so it's better to maintain your distance ", he warned and left. 

" What did he say? ", Anjali asked with a confused face. 

" Nothing!! It's not important. So tell me where did you meet Alesso ", Tobi asked with keen interest. 

" Actually!! I know him from school, he is my  Senior ", Anjali replied. 

" No!! That can't be, I have never seen you ever in our school. ", Tobi asked with disbelief. 

Anjali chuckled and said, " Because  I look like a nerd and most important I spent most of my free time in libraries more than n other places ".

" Oh!! Poor me, if I would have noticed you probably we were together ", Tobi put his hand on his heart. 

" So what's your name, mysterious angel ? ", Tobi asked. 

" Anjali Grayson ", She replied with hesitation. 

" Don't tell me you are that half-Indian and half-American nerd who is excellent in studies ", Tobi asked again with surprise. 

" Yeah!! Any doubt ", Anjali asked with pride. 

"  It's really hard to believe, because if I knew then you wear baggy clothes and most of the time your face is dug inside the books ", Tobi taunted. 

Anjali laughed and said, " I love to read books and about clothes, I am comfortable with it ".

" You should have to try dresses like your wear today, I mean you have a perfect figure and to be honest your facial features are awesome. You completely look like an Indian diva ". Tobi suggested. 

" I am okay with my old baggy clothes besides I can't afford them. It's so expensive  ", Anjali replied honestly. She may belong to a wealthy family but she didn't enjoy their luxurious life. She completed her studies only because of the scholarships that the school had given for her excellent academic performance. 

" I am sorry, I didn't intend to hurt you. ", Tobi apologized sincerely. 

" It's ok, I didn't take it as an insult. My mom said don't feel bad for your status, instead of feeling bad you should have to make effort to grow up ", Anjali replied. 

" Your mom seems so nice ", Tobi exclaimed. 

" Yeah!! She is ", Anjali replied dreamingly. 

"  Let's have a dance!! ", Tobi dragged Anjali to dance in the crowd. 

" No!! Tobi, I don't know how to dance. "  Anjali exclaimed. 

" Relax, just move your body like me. It's not that difficult ", Tobi started showing dance moves. 

Anjali laughed at his funny dance move. 

Tobi frowned and asked, "It doesn't seem funny, it's dance ".

" Hahaa!! It's dance, even toddlers can dance better than you "  Anjali made fun of him. 

"  Then you tell me how to dance ", Tobi rested his hands on his waist. 

"  Let me teach you, I may be not good but not funny like you ", Anjali moved her hand and waist on the best. 

" Wow you can dance  !! ", Tobi got again surprised. 

" It's normal, usually Neha and I danced together when we have a party at her home ", Anjani replies while dancing. 

 Tobi also joined her and moved his body like hers.

From far someone's hawk-like sharp gaze was staring at them with a furious look. 

  Alex gritted her teeth when he saw her dancing with another man. Right now he wanted to drag her forcibly and break her legs so that she can't even imagine dancing with another man. 

" Bro!! Let me introduce you to my friends b", Alessandro asked. 

" She is the girl whom you liked ", Alex asked with gritted teeth. 

Alessandro looks in the direction in which Alex is looking at Anjali with an evil gaze. 

" No, she isn't that girl, it's her best friend ", Alessandro lies but to whom he is lying, Alex is a devil himself he believes what the eyes spoke, and right now his eyes are not supported by his tongue. 

" I am tired, I am going to my room, I hope no one will disturb me ", Alex said and went to his room. 

When Alex left Alessandro sighed in relief, " Thank god that Alex believed in my lies otherwise I don't know what he will do with Anjali ".

Alesso let's go, the party is not incomplete without you ", his friends called. 

" Coming  !! ", Alessandro joined the dance floor with them. 

" Sorry for leaving you alone with him Anjali " Alessandro apologized. 

" No, in fact, Tobi is really funny band kind in nature. ", Anjali said. 

" Thanks!! Anjali, usually my charm works on beautiful girls like you", Tobi gave a flying kiss to Anjali. 

Anjali slapped his arm and said, " Don't think so highly of yourself ".

" Anjali, I want to talk to you about something important, can we talk somewhere alone ", Alessandro asked. 

" Yeah!! In this noise, I can't hear anything. Let's go somewhere ", Anjali agreed to him. 

" Ok!! Then follow me ", Alessandro took Anjali to the terrace. 

" Alessandro!! Why did you take me here ", Anjali asked nervously. 

" Don't worry, I will not push you down from the terrace ", Alessandro tried to lighten the mood. 

" I know you wouldn't and if you would then I will haunt you after being a ghost ", Anjali chuckled. 

" Anjali, I wanted to tell you something ", Alessandro asked while biting his lips. 

" And what is it? ", Anjali asked. 

" I don't know if it's attraction, inflation, Or something else but I like you. From the day I saw you. Do you feel the same? ", Alessandro asked. 

Anjali gasped and shook her eyes due to shame. 

" Don't feel ashamed of it, you are not at fault. Please answer me?? ", Alessandro asked. 

" Alessandro, I only saw you as my good friend nothing else. " Anjali replied confidently. 

" Fine I will not force my love on you but can I ask you for one thing?? ", Alessandro asked. 

"Yeah except loving you back ", Anjali asked with a helpless look. 

" Tomorrow I am going to London and will handle the new business of my brother. Could you wait for me one year ", Alessandro asked. 

"Alessandro, my feelings will remain the same for you.  ", Anjali tried to explain. 

" Don't worry, if after a year you wanted to give me a chance to me then I will try my best that you will fall for me and if you don't then I will never show my face to you ", Alessandro pleaded. 

" I will wait for you Alessandro but don't expect any false hope from me ", Anjali asked bluntly. 

" Yeah! I will not blame you", Alessandro agreed to it. 

" Wait, I will come back in a minute ", Anjali asked and went down. 

Alessandro waited for her patiently when Anjali came he smiled when he saw a gift box in her hand. 

" This for you, it's not expensive but may help you ", Anjali gave her a gift box

" Silly!! Whatever you bought for me is priceless ", Alessandro took the box and opened it impatiently. 

 " Wow it's a beautiful handmade showpiece ", Alessandro smiled. 

" It's a dream catcher, it will make all your dreams come true and chase away all the bad dreams ", Anjali replied. 

" My only dream is to be with you, will it come true ? ", Alessandro murmured to himself. 

" Did you say something? ", Anjali asked. 

" Will it make my all dreams come true? ", Alessandro asked. 

" Yeah!! I believe so ", Anjali assured. 

" Thanks, where should I hang it? ", Alessandro asked. 

" You should have to hang it in the window ", she suggested. 

" I will!!  Once again thanks ", Alessandro grinned like a kid. 

"  Now, I should have to go ", Anjali excused themself and went back to the party as she knew that how much she will stay with Alessandro, she will feel guilty for rejecting her. 

It's not like that she didn't feel for Alessandro, it's just she has lots of responsibility and by dragging Alessandro into her miser life she didn't want to be a burden on him. 

" I am so sorry Alessandro, I wish that you will get a better girl whom you deserve ", Anjali wiped the tears from the corner of her eyes. 

" Ouch!! ", Anjali shrieked when a girl stumbled and accidentally threw the glass of red wine on her dress. 

" I am so sorry!! I didn't do it intentionally ", she apologized. 

" Don't worry!! I know it's not your mistake ", Anjali smiled. 

" Excuse me did you know where is washroom ", Anjali asked the maid. 

" Mam, go straight to the left and turn right, second room will be a guest room. You can use the washroom there ", she replied. 

" Thanks!! ", Anjali thanked her and went straight in that direction. 

When she entered the guest room she feels like someone is already present there. 

" Excuse me, is anyone there? ", Anjali asked and knocked on the door but no one replied
