Chapter 18 where is Amalia?

Back in Camel city, Lizzy got up from bed and took her bath before climbing downstairs. She sat on the sofa seemingly off as she stares at nothing in particular...she's never wished for Brown to die but now that he is gone, she has no choice but to accept what's there.
