Reikel is very thankful that Assi survived the critical situation.  But three days have passed and she was still unconscious so he can't help but still worried. He didn't know what else he would do just to wake her up. He is confused by what happened. He didn’t expect her to save him after he let her be taken hostage by the assassins.

In fact, he just keeps himself from showing her that he was very worried when that assassin took her as a hostage. But because he thought she was his enemy's ally so he ignored her and didn't care whether the assassin would kill her or not.  He thought it would be good for her to die so that he would not think that there was a spy inside her manor.
