Chapter 8

Alessia's POV

My body hit something hard and I groaned in pain. Some snow fell on me from the pine tree and I couldn't move because my back hurt.

My tears flowed because of the pain I was feeling at the same time. My eyes remained closed and I heard the shouting of Galen and Rubius coming toward me.

"Rubius, go back and send the carriage near here. We need to get him to the healer." Galen shouted and it came close to me. "L-lady Alessia...tell me where it hurts you," Galen asked me confused. Even though I can't see him, I know that he is pale now with fear.

I don't know how to tell where it hurts me. My back was soft but it wasn't broken because I didn't feel like anything was broken. I was hit hard as if a horse stepped on my back hard.

"Let's go home. Just send me what I need tomorrow." I closed my eyes to Galen. I bit my lower lip because of the pain. I want to go home and rest.

"Alessia?!" It's like thunder that rumbles around. I wanted to open my eyes but I was not strong enough
