Prologue

Third Person’s POV

Before it all began, Wysteria was a unique continent that humans couldn't see or enter. There are live creatures that people never thought were real.

It is filled with fairies, monsters, and demons. The three types of creatures live there without any problems. Fairies are the highest rank that monsters and demons follow.

In the family of fairies, three brothers rule Wysteria. They are Amoroso, Agape, and Agamemnon. The three brothers were born in the same flower. All those below them follow them.

"Agape, where are you from?" Amoroso asked the sister who had just arrived.

Agape is wonderful. Its long and wavy hair is very light. Its skin is almost as white as snow and as smooth as porcelain. Her eyes were the color of amaranthine, her red lips, and her perfectly shaped face.

The appearance of Amoroso and Agamemnon is not far off. All three of them have a beautiful uniqueness.

"I just visited the fountain of youth. It won't last long and it will dry up." Agape responded.

Worry appeared in the eyes of Amoroso and Agamemnon. The problem that the fountain of youth will dry up is no joke because this will also be the end of fairy tales.

"I still can't figure out what's causing it. I only know one possibility but I know it's not going to happen." Amoroso said that someone was referring.

Neither of them spoke. Agamemnon was deep in thought but did not speak.

"We know that it is forbidden to have children because that will destroy us fairies. These signs are proof that it has already happened." Agape's groin was also deep in thought.

"Are you saying that someone has violated? Everyone knows what a serious sin it would be if that happened!" Amoroso's voice rose a little because of what he heard. "We need to find out who is disobedient before everyone is caught.

"How will we know, Amoroso? I can't feel anything." Agape said it was difficult.

"Do everything!" Amoroso promised.

Agamemnon remained silent as his fist tightened. Agamemnon knew what was going on but he didn't dare to say it because he already knew what his confession would bring.

Agape looked at Agamemnon. "Help me in the search," Agape promised her brother. Agape frowned because of the slight worry in Agamemnon's eyes which immediately disappeared. But he didn't think about that anymore.

"Hhmmm..." Agamemnon's answer was limited. He had no intention of helping. He only responded so that his brothers would not suspect him.

His siblings are also used to the fact that he doesn't like to talk. His responses were often short.

"Alright, I'll leave you guys," Agape said goodbye and it flew away, and wherever it was going the two did not know.

Agamemnon looked at Amoroso and he nodded as a sign that he was leaving. Amoroso just nodded and Agamemnon left.

Amoroso was left with a deep frown. To this day, he still wonders how it happened that someone violated it. At this time fairies can't have a newborn. That had been forbidden for a long time because they saw in the prophecy that this fruit would cause strife in the world of fairies as well as in humans.

For a fairy to have a child, each one has a flower of life. There the fairy baby will be formed from the blood and flesh of the fairy. It is not like a person who will conceive and give birth. The flower will sprout and the child will be inside until the time is right and the petals will open and the baby will come out.

All the flowers of life have been destroyed. It was destroyed on purpose for everyone's safety. But now, the gradual drying up of the fountain of youth is proof that a fairy baby has been born.

He could not suspect his siblings because he had a lot of trust in Agape and Agamemnon. If anyone knew better how important that thing was, it was none other than his brothers. So Amoroso suspects that lesser fairies did the trespassing. The flower of life was not destroyed when he ordered everyone to destroy the flower of life.

Amoroso's head hurt even more because of his thoughts so he decided to fly and circle.

While on the other hand, Agamemnon returned home. Many fairies greeted him and he just waved them off. Agamemnon immediately entered his room which no one could enter without permission.

He saw Plivar sitting there, holding a baby. Pliver is the one he trusts who is one of the fairies. Its long hair and eyes are red. Plivar is a man and he is also silent like Agamemnon.

"Welcome back, your majesty. The princess just fell asleep." Plivar said that his voice was weak because he did not want the baby in his arms to wake up.

Agamemnon did not answer because he was also afraid that his voice might wake her up. Plivar slowly placed it in its golden egg-shaped bed.

Agamemnon smiled as he stared at the baby sleeping peacefully. The baby has white and reddish skin. His thin hair was as light as Agamemnon's. Thick eyelashes, a pointed nose, and red lips. Even though it is still a baby, the beauty of the baby is rising. There is no denying that it will be even more beautiful when it grows up.

He blinked once too even though he couldn't see much yet and his eyes were the color of the amaranthine stone. They are pink and the rarest eye color. But this is not something that will make anyone happy. Because the color of the eyes defines life. Fairies who have pink eyes are ominous. This only means they carry a curse.

Agamemnon's daughter, whom he named Erenea was a baby who was not supposed to spring into this world. Agamemnon had long since destroyed the flower of life that was in him. But he didn't think it would leave a seed and secretly sprout and grow. Now his child was formed and born.

He wanted to correct the mistake but it was too late. Once the baby is born, the father will feel a strong connection and will no longer be able to hurt or harm the baby. Agamemnon can't do that but protect her because the only thing he feels for Erenea is love.

He didn't know how long he could hide the child. He knew that he could not hide it forever. Agamemnon could see the trouble. His brother and sister will surely command him to kill his child.

His palms were bent. He can sense a strong sense of protecting his child. He will wage war if his brother and sister will instigate the kill.

"Get the soldiers ready to protect my daughter," Agamemnon said without further explaining why he said that.

Plivar immediately understood what was going through king Agamemnon's mind. There will be war soon.

"I'll gather the demons, your majesty." Plivar turned to Agamemnon.

"Communicate with the necromancers. I need their strength in case there is war." Agamemnon ordered again.

Plivar quickly obeyed and left the room. Agamemnon approached Erenea's egg-shaped bed. The child is solemnly sleeping like there is no upcoming chaos.

"Erenea, my child..." Agamemnon said weakly. "I have a feeling that you will be away from me at any time. I am afraid that I may not be able to protect you anymore." Agamemnon stroked Erenea's small head.

He had to prepare everything. Agamemnon knew that the time was approaching when he would lose his son. He won't let his brothers get Erenea because he knows they won't let the baby live.

He will build a world only for Erenea. A secluded world where no one can enter, or can go out. Erenea will live inside that world, free from harm.

So Agamemnon quickly created the world he was referring to. A few miles away from the southern ocean, something disguised as a monster had formed. It's a monster that has sharp teeth surrounding its mouth. It creates a whirlpool and inside that monster, is the world created by Agamemnon. An endless supply of food, where his child will never be hungry. There is no way out of this monster...as of now.

Agamemnon has also prepared memories about him and things he needs to teach his son. It will appear like a dream as Erenea grows up. So it can be learned even without a teacher.

All he wanted was for his son to be loving. But he doesn't want to be separated from it.

"If I can be the sole king, then I can make this happen." He had to ask the opinion of his siblings if they would agree to let him be king and rule over everything.

He knew all along that both of them had no interest in leading but they just had no choice because that was what was assigned to them. If he asked to be the sole king, he wasn't sure if the two would agree.

So the day passed and Agamemnon returned to speak to the siblings. He can't postpone it because at any time his siblings can find out what he is hiding. He should be the sole king when they find that out so he can buy time for his daughter. With absolute control, they will not be able to punish him right away.

He spoke to his brothers and a long discussion ensued. But the two eventually agreed. They made Agamemnon the sole ruler of the fairies. He knows that he is doing this for his selfishness, but he is not doing this because he wants to rule the world but to save his daughter. If he has absolute power, he can protect her.

A few days later, his siblings still did not know what he was hiding. But Agamemnon was always nervous because he knew that they would soon find out the secret he was keeping.

He was not wrong, because one day his brothers came to his residence with an accusing look.

"Agamemnon, I don't want to believe what I've heard. No one knows better than you how big of a mistake it would be if we fairies have children. I want to end this doubt, so we will search your house." Amoroso promised coldly and hard. Even saying that did not erase his accusing gaze on Agamemnon.

Agape didn't know what to say. What was on his mind was that if the accusations against Agamemnon were true, he couldn't help but feel betrayed.

All the fairies sacrificed the flower of life for the good of all. If Agamemnon had not destroyed hers, it would have seemed as if he had asked to end their lives as well.

"I don't know what you are saying, Amoroso," Agamemnon responded coldly. But his hands were firmly clinging to the handle of the chair to stop it from shaking.

"Your highness, the news is true." Suddenly, a male fairy appeared and held a woman who wanted to break free. "The king has a son."

Agamemnon saw it immediately. This is one of the servants in his home. Agamemnon's entire being was filled with fear and anxiety and without a word, Agamemnon flew away, surprising Agape and Amoroso.

Agamemnon quickly entered the room and took Erenea who was now sleeping on her egg-shaped bed. Plivar immediately understood what was happening so Plivar also took the baby's bed and they quickly fled from the king's home.

The two flew as fast as lightning in the sky towards a high hill surrounded by different kinds of flowers. Agamemnon's jaws wept because the day he dreaded had arrived. To be separated from his son.

They landed in a paradise-like place. Many flowers scattered. Butterflies are flying. The surroundings are fragrant because of the flowers.

"They are coming, your majesty," Plivar said that he would just land while carrying the golden egg that Erenea would sleep on.

"They can't take my son. I won't allow it." Agamemnon promised firmly. The pronunciation was weak because he was afraid that his son who was sleeping soundly might wake up. Little did they know that the war between the fairies was about to break out.

"I will do everything, just to protect the princess," Plivar responded.

Agamemnon stared at his child. His eyes were full of a father's love. It gradually reddened, foreshadowing his tears. He never thought that this would be the last day he would see his child. He knew that in this war he would not win.

But this was enough for her son to escape and hide from the fairies who wanted to kill Erenea.

"Grow up to be cheerful. Grow up, be honest, and be helpful. Love your neighbor, and use your power for good, Erenea. I love you very much, I promise, I will protect you until my last breath." Agamemnon's tears were falling. He knew that a king couldn't cry in front of other guests, but he didn't care now because there was nothing more painful than the feeling of a father separated from his son.

Agamemnon placed Erenea inside the golden egg. He covered it up and now it looks like something has stuck in there and it's become a full egg. He hugged the egg one last time and kissed it before he released it and Plivar accepted it.

"Put my child inside Charybdis, which is in the southern part of the ocean. It looks like a monster, or it's more correct to say it pretends to be a monster but this will be my son's world. His world where no one can hurt him. Only there my son will be safe, only there will he be free. Far from those who want to kill him." He promised Plivar.

Since he made the Charybdis, Plivar was not that familiar with what it looked like but he would know it immediately when he saw it because of the royal seal.

"Your majesty I’ll heed." It answered and carefully held the egg. "I'm leaving your majesty, be careful," Plivar said goodbye and flew south.

Agamemnon just stood and his chest tightened as he watched the figure walk away. Even now, the homesickness he feels is intense.

He also has companions who are fairy warriors. He unleashed the power to summon all the demons. This will buy time for his child.

Soon Agape and Amoroso arrived. Each of them held the sword. The number of fairies who sided with Amoroso and Agape, while with Agamemnon there were only a few. But he already guessed that so he used the demons.

"Agamemnon!" Agape screamed, still unable to believe what had happened and discovered. "Give us the child!"

Agamemnon was not happy. Agamemnon looked coldly at the brothers.

"You will not touch a strand of hair of my child." Agamemnon sounded threatening. He will not let them.

"Are you out of your mind?! Do you know what you're doing? It's a sin for that child to grow up!" Amoroso shouted. There is anger attached to it.

"She's my child! My flesh and blood! Are you that heartless to kill an innocent child? Your niece?!" Agamemnon sneered. He could not accept the fact that his brothers could sacrifice their blood.

Amoroso's expression darkened. "You know that no child is supposed to exist. You know this from the very beginning but you chose to hide it. It may be your child but the well-being of our race is our top priority. We rather sacrifice a little life than thousands of us."

Agamemnon shook his head. "You will never understand the feeling of a father, brother...you will never be able to find my child, even death will befall upon us."

And with that, the war broke through...the once respected and almighty king of the fairies Agamemnon was soon named the infamous Dark Lord. The fairy king colluded with demons to destroy the kingdom. He was just a father, who embraced the darkness to protect his child from harm.
