Sorcha was on the bed, legs spread, back arching, head tilted back in pleasure. One hand gripped the sheets while the other moved her dildo between her thighs in slow, deliberate strokes.

Karios’s body went rigid as ice, and his breath stalled in his chest.

She hadn't seen him yet.

Her lips parted, breath hitching as she moaned his name.

“Karios…”

His grip tightened around the doorknob, every muscle in his body screaming at him to leave.

But he didn’t. He couldn’t. His feet were rooted to the floor, eyes trained on her without blinking, and a tent growing in his trousers.

She gasped, hips rolling upward, chasing her orgasm as she picked up the pace, moving the dildo faster. Her other hand reached out to tweak her breast and squeeze it.

And then she turned, eyes meeting his own.

At first, her eyes widened, but she didn’t stop. Instead, she went even faster, eyes still locked on him.

His mouth went dry. His skin burned. His pulse hammered violently in his ears.

He was painfully hard—it hurt so much.

She whimpered again, mouth opening to whisper a short, “Daddy.”

Karios sucked in a sharp breath.

Her lips curled into a wicked smile. She wanted him to see what he was doing to her, and he sure did.

“Harder,” she whispered, her voice thick with need and pleasure. “Please, Daddy… punish me for being a naughty little girl.”

Heat slammed through his body so fast it nearly stole his breath, nearly making him release his seed right there.

Karios yanked the door shut and spun around, walking away fast as if a ghost were chasing him.

The hallway felt smaller, suffocating. His heart pounded against his ribs.

Oh, damn it. Shit. He was in trouble.

How was he going to endure two weeks after seeing that?

His hands were shaking, his breath coming out fast. He curled them into fists, forcing himself to breathe, forcing himself to forget what he had just seen.

But he couldn’t.

It was easier said than done.

That night, her moans haunted him.

---

Karios sat at the kitchen table, feeling groggy, a cup of coffee in his hands.

He had barely slept that night.

They had spent the night at Karios’s house. Even though he wanted to get the hell away from there as fast as possible, Damien insisted.

For what reason? He didn’t know.

Karios gripped his mug tightly, staring into the dark liquid as if it held all the answers, as if it could make him forget.

He needed to get a grip. He needed to pretend last night never happened.

That it was just a dream.

So when he heard slow, deliberate footsteps, he forced himself to look up with an expressionless face.

“Good morning, Daddy,” Sorcha said, leaning against the stair frame, smirking.

But Karios didn’t say anything.

He merely glanced at her with a nod before looking away.

Good. Keep up the cold behavior. Make her believe you feel nothing. That you weren’t affected at all.

She was wearing nothing but a silk robe.

The knot at her waist was loose, dangerously close to slipping open, revealing glimpses of bare, sun-kissed skin.

It was a real battle keeping his eyes from looking toward her—just as she wanted.

But before she could walk toward him, Elena entered the room, wearing almost the same thing as Sorcha.

Walking past her with a quick "Good morning," Elena went straight to Karios and gave him a deep, lingering kiss on the lips before climbing onto his lap.

Watching this, Sorcha stormed away in suppressed anger, cursing out Elena in her mind.

Karios breathed out softly once Sorcha was gone and gently pulled Elena off him.

“Go change and pack our things so we can leave,” he said. “I’ll do the same.”

---

When Sorcha came out later, dressed in a pink mini gown, she found Karios sitting in the parlor, fully dressed and waiting for Elena so they could go home together.

She walked toward him in slow, seductive steps.

But he refused to look at her.

Frustrated, she stood in front of him, trying to get his attention.

Still, he didn’t look.

He refused to look at her.

Just as she was about to turn away in anger, an idea lit up in her mind.

She pretended to slip and fall, eyes widening in panic, hands reaching out for anything to grab.

Karios reacted fast, reaching out to grab her before she fell.

As a result, her hands landed on his manhood.

And his?

On her buttocks.

Damn.

They were soft…

Elena may have started the game… but I’m not going down without a fight. The thought lingered long after Sorcha left the café.She crossed the campus with steadier steps than she felt, her bag slung over her shoulder, her face carefully composed. Around her, life went on as usual. Students laughed. Someone argued loudly on the phone. A couple kissed near the fountain, careless and open.It all felt unreal. She wished she could go back to just yesterday—when she had been curled up in Karios’s arms, warm and safe, before Elena came back and shattered everything. The ringing of her phone pulled her from her thoughts.Sorcha reached into her bag, her fingers trembling slightly as she brought out her phone. Her breath caught when she saw the name on the screen.Karios.Surprise flickered through her. They hadn’t spoken since last night. She’d half convinced herself he had decided to give up on her.“Karios,” she said as she answered. At first, there was only silence. Her heart stuttered. F

  • In Love With My Father Best Friend   Not Alone.

Sorcha slung her bag over her shoulder, trying to act normal as she stepped into the college quad. The sunlight felt harsh, sharp against her skin, and every laugh, every passing student seemed to echo in her chest like a reminder of how small and fragile she felt. Her mind replayed breakfast over and over. Elena’s smirk, Karios sitting silently beside her, her dad oblivious… the tension had been unbearable. And now, with Karios gone with Elena, she was alone with the weight of fear pressing down on her.I have to see someone. I can’t deal with this alone. Her two best friends, Ava and celeste, were the first people she thought of. They had always been there, always listened, never judged — at least not for her crush on Karios. They didn’t know the full story, but they knew she cared deeply, obsessively even. She arrived at her first lecture, trying to focus on the professor’s monotone, but her thoughts kept wandering. Every word Elena had said echoed in her mind: “You didn’t win… be

  • In Love With My Father Best Friend   The Confrontation

Chapter 17The silence at the table stretched.Damien’s frown deepened as he looked from Elena to Karios, then to Sorcha. Something felt off. He could feel it.“A good time?” he repeated slowly. “What are you talking about?”Elena lifted her cup, taking an unhurried sip of her coffee. “Nothing,” she said lightly. “I was just teasing. You know how men are when they don’t get enough sleep.”Karios said nothing. His jaw was tight, his gaze fixed on his plate as if it required his full concentration. Sorcha could feel the shift in him, the way his body had gone rigid the moment Elena spoke. Her pulse thudded painfully in her ears.Damien laughed, giving Elana a fond look neither Sorcha nor Karios saw “you sure know us men” Elena smiled at him. Warm and affectionate. But when her eyes slid back to Sorcha, the smile vanished. It was brief, just a flicker but Sorcha caught it. The coldness there made her stomach knot. They ate in near silence after that.Forks scraped softly against plate

  • In Love With My Father Best Friend   The Calm Before The Storm

“Karios.”Damien’s voice rang out again, his footsteps moving toward the stairs.Elena was the first to react. She didn’t care if her husband and Sorcha were together — at least not right now. She was acting. She wasn’t about to let Damien catch them like this. Not yet. She still needed this.“I’ll go downstairs and distract him,” she said in a low voice. “Get dressed and come down. And don’t think this conversation is over. I won’t say anything to Damien. That doesn’t mean I’m putting this behind me. We’ll continue this tomorrow.”Her face was still tight with anger. Then she turned on her heel and left, the door closing softly behind her.The moment it did, Sorcha’s legs gave out. She slid down until she was sitting on the floor, staring at nothing. The courage she’d forced herself to hold onto while speaking to Elena drained out of her all at once.Elena had caught them. Her chest felt tight as she tried to breathe. Elena hadn’t told her father. That should have been a relief, but

Her hands shook as she reached for it, needing to confirm it was really there that she wasn’t imagining things. The house was supposed to be empty. There was no reason for anyone else to be there. It wasn’t as if ghosts wandered the halls, and her father and Elena weren’t due back from their trip yet.Her breath hitched. What if they came back early? That was the only explanation. She was the only one with a key besides them.A chill crawled up her spine, her fingers suddenly cold as her thoughts spiraled. Then she heard it—voices drifting from the bathroom. One of them was unmistakably Karios. The other..Elena.The color drained from Sorcha’s face. Her stomach twisted violently, nausea surging so fast she had to brace herself against the sink. Her ears rang as if the world had tilted off its axis.“I waited until you were done enjoying yourselves so I wouldn’t disturb you,” Elena’s voice rang out, sharp and controlled. “I even came in to use the bathroom, but you were far too busy t

  • In Love With My Father Best Friend   What Comes After

Karios didn’t move.He stayed draped over her like a shield, his hand cupping the side of her face, fingers tracing the curve of her jaw. His thumb brushed across her cheekbone absently, slowly, like he didn’t even realize he was doing it. His eyes had softened from that feral intensity into something more tender — raw, open. Sorcha had never seen him like this. She lay quiet beneath him, her chest rising and falling against his, each breath slow, warm, connected. Her fingers curled against his back, lazily drawing lines up and down the smooth stretch of his spine. For the first time in what felt like years, there was no rush. No need to fill the silence.“I think you bruised me,” she whispered, her lips brushing against his shoulder.“Where?” His voice was low, amused.“Everywhere.”He chuckled, lifting just enough to meet her eyes. “You didn’t seem to mind.”She arched an eyebrow. “I didn’t say I minded.”Karios grinned — the real kind, the kind she didn’t see often. It made somethi
