Lily took out a glass bowl from the cabinet and filled it with tap water. Once the bowl was filled, Lily closed the tap and went upstairs. Lucian saw her and told her to take out a clean, small towel from the left cupboard. Lily put the bowl on the table there and opened the cupboard and took out a white towel from it. She gripped the bowl and came to the bed. Sitting beside Mark, she dipped the towel in the water bowl and squeezed it tightly. She placed this wet towel gently over Mark’s forehead.
