"okay, it's time for the last stage of your physical training. You've done well with the other ones, I'm sure they've built you up for this last stage by; building up your speed, agility and strength" Demi stated proudly, while Elle listened with a prod smile on her face.It's been a week since her last training, it honestly hasn't been easy managing her training while trying to get answers to her numerous questions and it's safe to say she hasn't gotten anywhere.
