One week later on a Sunday morning there was a light knock on the door and when Connie went to open it, there stood her brother Stuart.
‘Stuart! What a pleasant surprise, I was expecting to see you weeks ago and finally you are here, please come on in.’ closing the door behind them, Connie smiled as she hugged her brother. It’s now over two months since they last saw each other.
‘You have a nice place here, it looks comfy’ Stuart commented as he looked around her small apartment.
The apartment housed an open space she converted into a living area and a small kitchen that had two cupboards and a sink, her bedroom and a separate toilet and bathroom. There wasn’t much furniture in her living area except for one long couch she found in the apartment and a t.v.
