Alexa feels a bit relaxed after jumping into the river.

By now, Adele had come out of her shock about knowing that she was in heat. "No wonder I feel so hot."

Alexa grunts, "Now you know." 

"Why did you have to run away as if the room is on fire."

"Are you actually so dumb, or just trying to piss me off, because right now I am not in the mood."
