Adele was so happy to see Chris alive and healthy that she instantly kissed him on his lips. For a moment, Chris was stunned and still as a stone, fearing the blissful moment would end. He then responded to the kiss with equal enthusiasm grabbing her hair to deepen the kiss. They parted only when they were out of breath, and Adele said in between her pants, " I...I love you."" What?" Chris asked, even more, shocked." I love you, Chris. Adele felt dizzy as the pain was so immense she couldn't breathe properly. Liam held Adele and looked in the direction the spear came from and couldn't see anyone. He was confused about whether he should take care of Adele or go and look for Chris, who had fallen off the cliff. "I-I am a-alright. L-look for C-Chris," Adele stuttered in between her pain. Liam hurried towards the end of the cliff and called for Chris, but there was no response. He fell to the ground as he felt a sense of panic rising within him, thinking the worst. Chris was on a role. Because of his inability to assist his mate, he was so enraged that he wouldn't let the tribal guards stand for more than a few seconds.
