Chapter 9 – Iris: Black smoke

When I awoke at 6 it felt like my head had only just hit the pillow. I still felt exhausted. My body ached all over and my hand was throbbing. I probably should rest some more, but I really wanted to spend more time with Johnny and Rae. I loosely tied up my hair and took a couple of pain killers, and grabbed a shower to wake myself up. I jump in and out barely taking 2 minutes. When I finished I dried myself smothered myself in body lotion and let my hair down. I pulled out the awesome vintage dress I bought yesterday, I paired it with black leggings, and my trendy side lacing black ankle boots. I did very light make up, consisting of eye liner and mascara a little pink shimmering blush. I get dressed and check myself in the mirror. God this dress made me feel amazing. It was covered in mainly gold sequins but had strips of other colours in stripes going down the length of the dress.
