Two days.
Two days of waiting.
Two days of waiting, waiting to hear about Nic.
Two days of not having a clue on what is wrong.
Two days in the dark.
"Dani," Aurora says as she sits nexts to me at the table. "They told us how it happened and what it hit."
"What happened? Is it going to effect him permanently? Will he live?" I rush out questions and Aurora has to stop me."He's okay," she tells me and I sigh in relief. "They say he should be out of the coma in the next few hours."
"Coma!" I shout and Aurora calms me down.
"Medically induced," she stops me and I stop panicking. "That's why we haven't heard of him asking for anyone. He's been asleep the past few days."
"So what exactly happened?" I asked remembering why she came to me in the first place.
"He was hit twice," Aurora starts off with and my eyes widen. "It hit his right shoulder, that one wasn't as bad. It was easy to remove and they stitched it right up.

It's been a week since Nic woke up and he's already trying to over work himself. He's locked up in his office all day doing paperwork that Mr. Rosi couldn't keep up on. Danielle's POV:Nic and I woke up, surprisingly before Rose, and quickly got ready. It's already seven fifteen and my parents will want me home soon.
