 Trust Agreement

Clause 01: I hereby undertake:

1. Not to use confidential information to which it has access, to generate benefit

own exclusive and/or unilateral, present or future, or for the use of third parties;

2. Not to record or copy confidential documentation to which it has

access;

3. Not to appropriate confidential and/or confidential material

made available;

4. Not to pass on the knowledge of confidential information, taking responsibility

by all persons who have access to the information through me, and

obliging me, thus, to compensate the occurrence of any damage and/ or damage arising from

any breach of confidentiality of the information provided.

In this Term, the following expressions shall be defined as follows:

Confidential Information shall mean all information disclosed in written, verbal form

or by any other means.                                                                                                                                    5. To work as an assistant to the contractor twenty-four hours per day and seven days of the week, meeting any need.

Clause 02:  By this confidentiality and confidentiality agreement I undertake:

1. To exempt the contractor from any liability or consequence arising from the accident.
