 She stared at the black gown that moulded her hips

"Perfect"she said and applied her lip gloss

  Clutching her bag tightly she walk down to meet xavier.

  *Wow,he was already dressed up*she wondered where he got dressed since they shared the same room.

*Truth to be told,Xavier is hot I guess that's why he steals girls heart quickly,now I see why Jessica can't go a day without mentioning this Xavier of a guy,his jet black hair was gelled to the back ,his thick eye brows gave enough reason for someone to fall for him,not at all mentioning his soft lips*

*Oh,now you taking his looks in girl*my subconscious self squealed and I quickly snap away from his spell only to find his staring at me.

  "Can you stop staring at me,I know you're a pervert but must you make it obvious?val said tisking her lips.

  "Yunnor,instead of calling me by my name you can just meet calling me a pervert cause it looks like you enjoy calling the that"xavier joked with sarcam obvious in his voice.

  "Uhh,. Don't tell me you're hurt"Valerie replied with a mocking tone voice"

"Hurt,my ass"xavier muttered and walk out causing val to laugh out loud.

Walk-in past xavier employee as usual they kept mutterings inaudible words.

   Val don't really value attention since she felt weird getting to be the center of gossip.

   And as usual xavier look least aware of all what they are muttering admist their self

  "Don't pay much time to them"xavier Said when he notices val nervous self.

   "I can't believe you get scared of public gossip"xavier teased.

"Oh, c'mon just tell me you wanted to hear my voice"val reply through gritted you.

  "You wish"Xavier replied.

 "Good morning Mr MARSHALL"Xavier secretary greeted with a wide smile on her lips.

  Remembering their last encounter, Valerie scoffed And place her head on xavier chest.

  

Xavier surprising look was no where near hidden.

   He swallowed the lump that rested on his throat,his eyes darted to Valerie before moving his gaze back to his secretary.

  "Claudia,this is Valerie and she is would be your assistant fill her in and make sure she adapt to the rules of the company"Xavier said trying to ignore the fact that Valerie was affecting him.

Valerie raised her head and a sigh of relief escape Xavier's mouth.she decided to make it more juicier. 

  "Honey must I work with her?she asked even though she didn't really care she could work with any body even Claudia so she would put her in her place.

  Xavier felt like the most confused human on Earth that moment,he needed no soothsayer to tell him something was wrong with Valerie except for the fact that they were to put on fake show,he was sure no one was there at this moment.all the same,he decided to play along with Valerie.

"Yes,baby you need to learn from her first"he said pulling her cheek hard which made Valerie almost winced but she started it,she can't let this b*tch see through the game.

With gritted teeth Valerie feigned a small angry grunt before nodding.

claudia grip the Hem of her tight skirt,she was damn sure this Valerie isn't up to her class,yet she wondered why the boss she's been with for the past three years didn't find her attractive rather than this slim ass b*tch,she was sure Valerie was after his money and she's gonna make her leave his side by all means,the place is meant for her no one else.

 Immediately we walked in,I fummed as I touch my cheek am sure it's burning red now,I glared at him as he walked to his table.He took off his suit jacket hanging it at a spot beside him,before sitting,am sure he clearly knows am glaring at him now but he ignored me and placed a file in front of him.

*Hmph, typical xavier*

 Just then Claudia walked in seductively,I mean how is she different from malube baby Xavier EX,it obvious she is trying to get Xavier's attention,she was putting on a navy blue short skirt and a tight shirt that almost made her boobs visible.

 "Mr Marshall, your schedule plan for today contains alot of meetings"

"The new jet opening is at 9:00pm,

"Troove beauty daughter arranged a dinner with you around 10:00pm"

"The grand opening of Lily vioes start at12:00pm" and that's all for today she said with a huge smile on her lips, xavier nodded before gesturing her to go out and she walked out not without glaring at me.

  I stood there staring at him, don't blame me he hasn't told me what am I supposed to be doing,he suddenly raised his brows like someone who just remembered what he lost,I scoffed silently I can't believe some girls would go many miles for this....

"Do you have anything to say to me because it quite visible guys you're swearing at me right now"Xavier spoke up without letting me complete my thoughts.

  "Of course not Mr Marshall,I won't like to lose my job"I replied through gritted teeth.

  "Ohk"he said nodding with that annoying smirk of his.

"Then why are you here,your spot is outside not here Mrs Marshall"he continued with that Annoying smirk.

*Geez,how am I going to cope with this annoying dude good f**king months*.

  I scoffed before walking out and of course the Annoying face I get to see made me almost puked.

   I sighted a table not so far from Claudia's table.

  VALERIE,was boldly scrippled on it I need no soothsayer to tell me that's my spot.

It isn't bad tho,books and files were packed to a side,pen, papers and other stuff were perfectly arranged I smiled slightly, different to my taste tho.

  Just then I sniffed a bad smell,the smell I hated so much,the smell am allergic to,I squeeze and sniffed my nose.just then a pair of hands took something away from the table, I'd be forever grateful.i look up to find a pair of black eyes stating down at me with a flower vase.

"Are you okay?the voice asked concerningly I was quick to notice his thick manly voice which made me got lost.

"Miss..."he look at the name tag on the table before completing the Valerie.

"Are you okay,miss Valerie? He asked again and now I found my post voice.

"Yes, thank you"I said not sure of how it gonna sound.

"I'll take this"he said pointing to the flower vase and I nodded.

  He gave a slight smile and walked over to Claudia.
