Ninety

I rolled over, but unlike the bed that I had at my parent's old house, this one was a twin, so I rolled right off it. I landed with a thud and a groan before closing my eyes again, ignoring the laughter that came from Deidre's bed.

I predict that today will not be a good day. Chey spent an hour comforting me after she found me sitting in the hallway outside our door. I wanted to go to Mark's room, but I didn't know which one was his, and it wouldn't be fair for me to go to him crying over another man, even if I was just upset about hurting him.

I stood up and crawled back into bed with a long continuous line of shivers. How the hell is it this cold inside of a dorm? I pulled my blanket up over my head and curled my body into a ball. My eyes slammed shut on their own, and I let out a sigh as my alarm clock immediately went off the second I began to fall back into that sweet, sweet slumber my body had been craving.
