"Please, don't joke around." The tone of my voice is serious and flat, yet he still got the guts to find it entertaining that I'm somehow not agreeing with him to call him by his name from now on.

He sighed, calming his own self as if he also got tired concerning the possibility that he find my state funny. "I'm not, okay? I mean, all I'm saying is feel free to call me by my name. I won't mind at all. Like how you are letting me call you 'Eve'." But you're my boss, and I'm just your secretary. My mind wanted me to point that out for him. But it also decided not to since witnessing this version of the one and only Conrad Easton right now is such a pleasure. It even might be a dream come true for others, yet for me, I obtained it without trying so hard at all.

It's an opportunity that not everyone holds the chance to achieve.
