cHAPTER 7

Adrian made his way out of the club after he had some bottles of wine. His bodyguard Kelvin had called him, telling him that he had found more information on the girl, in his house, so he decided to forego staying out all night again.

He called an Uber which came to his area in the next five minutes and he dropped the address for him, which he nodded his head.

He got inside the car and laid his head on the headrest when his phone rang. He frowned, Kelvin wasn’t the type to call him, or message him more than twice, so he picked it up and saw that it was Raymond, who was calling.

His dad, great, could anything get more worse than this. He knew better than to ignore any of his old man’s calls, no matter how annoying they may become, so he picked it up and placed the phone on his ears.

“Dad, you should be asleep.” He said without greeting him.

“And you should be at home, not drinking, especially when you have a big day tomorrow.” He retorted as Adrian sat upright.
