I pressed a hand to my chest, feeling light-headed all of a sudden.

I don’t know what is wrong with me.

Was it because I had uncovered a secret I was not supposed to know? But that was absurd! I had been privy to all of Olivia’s secrets before; nothing like this ever happened to me.

I ran toward the elevator bank. I caught the elevator just before it closed, and got in.

I retreated to the far side of the rectangular box, leaned back, and pressed the back of my head on the wall.
