Alexis's Perspective

Two days later.

"Please make sure your seat belts are securely fastened. We will be landing shortly." The voice echoed throughout the plane, and I yawned before taking a deep breath.

I don't understand how people can feel anxious and uncomfortable when traveling by plane. During those few hours of travel, I slept soundly the entire time. Does this mean my endurance is much better than other people's?

"That's a sign that you're much lazier than the people around you," Ariana commented. I glanced at her cynically before closing the magazine on my lap, which even I didn't know what it was about.

Carrying my suitcase, I left the airport and immediately signaled for a taxi to stop.

"Please take me to this address," I said to the taxi driver who got out of the car to help carry my luggage.
