Chapter 56 - Who is In Charge

I met up with Nat on the stairs, “Is Michael asleep?” I asked her,

“Looks like it,” she replied, “Whats is going on?”

“I don’t know yet, but they is a man outside, I have never seen him before,” I replied to her as I took Michael from her hands, “Hey you!” I called out to one of the maids,

“Yes MA!” she hurried to where I stood,

“Take Michael to sleep and please, stay with him, get it?”

“Yes Madam,” she responded and took Michael from my hands, I stood still and watched her until she disappear behind a door, and I turned to Nat again, “Let’s go!” I ordered.

We both climb down the stairs but instead of going to the door, we went to the window and peeked outside, “Do you know who that is?” I asked Natalie,

“Huh! Mr Mikhail Sergey?” she blurted out, “Why is he here?” She whispered loud enough for me to hear.

"Oh! 'I take it you know him then?"

"Yes," Nat replied, turning to me. "That's Mr. Sergey. He used to work with Papa, but the last time I saw him was at Mother's funeral," she st
