When Ralph and Lucinda got out of the dark hole, Ralph stole a glance at her.

"Tomorrow you will go in there yourself and also jump across the lava alone." He commented with a cold expression. She acted surprised by raising her eyebrow. "How do you identify a demon?" she inquired.

"That's a good question; I already like you, and for the record, whenever I see a demon, my eyes turn black." He answered. Lucinda was surprised by this discovery, but she just kept quiet and followed him out of the secret passage with the wall closing on its own.
